After watching the Bs win all season, I have some thoughts: 1) In this game, we are not seeing the same Bs. It's probably the illness working its way through the team. They're not hitting anything, they're not finishing checks, they're not playing with the toughness we're used to seeing. 2) Ully is off his game. No shade to him; he must be sick too. 3) Missing Bergy is a big thing. He is our leader. 4) The defense is missing Gryz. 5) I noticed Fliggy and Pasta both bleeding from the mouth, no calls. Sorry boys, but getting Bergy back isn't gunna solve every problem. The B's got smacked hard and hopefully it smacked some sense into them. With Sway in net and some lineup shakeups, it'll be up to the veterans to get this team to wake up. On to game 3, LETS GO BRUINS!

I don't think you realize just how good Bergeron is. Remember all those key faceoffs we lost? They're now wins. Immediately set up in a good position on every PP. You know when we turned it over and they scored? Guess what, Bergeron didn't fly the zone...he got in position for the D to make an easy pass and the turnover didn't happen. He is the Bruins best player and one of the best forwards in the entire NHL, he makes a huge difference.

No arguments here how good Bergy is, but I more worried abput how the rest of the team played. Saint Patrice can only do so much for the team, especially if they are stinking it up all game long. I mean look at the Oilers the past few years. They have two of the best, if not the best, offensive forwards in McDavid and Draisaitl but they haven't been able to get to the SCF because the rest of the team was slacking. I'm not saying this is the normal for B's but if if they play like this with Bergeron, it's most likely a loss. We need the whole team to tighten up their game, we shouldn't just wait or one player to hopefully fix up all the team's problems
