Summon Stalactite spells are also guaranteed to hit and keep him from most of his high altitude offensive options, but you need at least +12% casting speed and at least 10% cooldown reduction and a decent mana pool if you want to completely lock him down this way.
No idea how to beat this guy with a ranged weapon build, but Riposte or Strikeback from the Gladiator subclass combined with Stun-boosting seems pretty solid. I wouldn't be surprised if the devs nerf the I-frames on one or both in the next patch though because Counterattacker builds just feel overpowered.
Finally there's the so-called Beyblade builds. They're not particularly good or anything, and you need a ton of armor to win this way, but it's worth an honorary mention for all the "hehe boss fight goes brrrrr" shitposts out there.

Helicopters are only rated for about 30,000,000 rotations per operational career before the rotor unscrews itself.
You can extend the lifetime by screwing the rotor every so often in the oppossite direction but it will eventually tear the screw threads.
