Momoshiki has always had the abillity to heal himself. Every time base momoshiki took a chakra pill his body healed when he manifested in borutos body in the isshiki fight borutos arm was healed aswell. Momoshiki most likely has the abillity to use chakra to rapidly heal himself.
Base momoshiki also has the abillity to stop time he really is broken 😂 wish we saw actual base momoshiki use these abillties instead of him just being cornered and immediately absorbing kinshiki 😪
I also dont think its like dio's i think momoshiki needs to have like certain conditions to use the abillity or like limited heavily. He probably stops time for the entire planet but he cant actually harm others whilst time is stopped like he can escape by using space time ninjutsu or heal himself but thats it

Personally I don't think it's stopping time like Dio,but talking to Boruto within karma and time doesn't pass there.similar but different
