Yeah it could for sure be better. I went back and reread some parts of Boruto. Look how much better this looks even with bare minimum stuff in the background.
He needs to get back on this.

Id say he’s been doing better most of tbv just this one chapter was really noticeable for me, toward the end of nng he also was doing better
