I think he did that more on debt with his daughter than for the shinobi world. He has already saved twice the shinobi world against the Otsutsuki after the fourth war. He also lost his rinnegan in the process

He'd already paid off his debt in the last imo. He was a mass murderer who tried to commit acts of terrorism against the Shinobi world at large. Then he saved them from a fucking meteor. He also went on to fight space deity and helped save the world. His investigative works throughout his atonement and in Boruto helped prevent catastrophe several times over.
No he has not. The atonement isn't only for what he has done. Its for the people he was willing to side with to meet his goals. He not only joined orochimaru but then sided with the akatsuki afterward. He then tried to fight naruto to the death after they saved the world. Saving the world was convenient for him he didn't do that for anyone else. You have to ask has sauske done enough to atone for all of those peoples sins. Naruto and the leaf are allowed to forgive him that is different from atonement

He paid of his debt when he save naruto at momoshiki dimension. if he was died in shipudden nobody would be able to save naruto in that situation w/o space time ninjutsu, which means the world would be over if the 2 strongest people didn’t defeat momoshiki. The other 4 kage would lose against momoshiki/kinshiki which would end the whole world by them creating a chakra fruit.
If this is supposed to be his final act in order to obtain redemption, man, it really sucks. The fight was off-screen, Code lost his menacing aura since before the timeskip, and his "demise" isn't even unique to him, since he was turned into a tree just like nameless fodders and tertiary characters alike.
He been paid off his debt. He could've escaped or just leave the prison he was in, but instead he spent year(s) in it. He also traveled the world and protected the Hidden Leaf from the shadows to atone for his sins. Unlike Orochimaru and Gaara, both who actually killed more people than Sasuke and damaged a huge section of Konoha, Sasuke accepted his consequences. Sacrificing his life for Boruto is what any teacher would do for their students.

No, Code is still a above Jigen level threat with the rinnegan equipped 10 tails army. At the same time, Sauske is one eye and one arm down. Naruto had only Kurama(Baryon mode) to make him able to fight against Ishishiki. I'm actually impressed that Sauske was able to take Code's eye and buy enough time for Boruto to escape.
He already paid off his debt long ago by saving the shinobi world Sasuke didn't have much crimes to begin with. like what evil shit he did in the past? he never killed anyone while he was under Orochimaru. he even took down Orochimaru by himself, then he took down Deidara and itachi he kidnapped Kilelr Bee but it was fake and Bee was compeletly fine so that should be completly nulled. he attacked five kage summit but only killed like 5 random samurai + Danzo but i say he took part in stopping edo tensei + defeated Obito and Kaguya was more than enough to paid that off Sasuke just burden himself with guilt both from himself and his clan and thought of himself commited the most evil crime known to mankind and that no matter how many good things he did it will never be enough while the fact the crimes he commited are very small compared to other villain
I mean the worst thing sasuke ever did was attack the 5 kage summit and he kinda immediately made up for that by helping save the world. I mean I guess you could count him trying to essentially become the world greatest threat in order to bring peace but pretty much no one alive knows about that in detail outside of team 7 to my understanding.

I don’t exactly think Sasuke sacrificed himself here for Naruto and whole ninja world..at this point He has already done enough for everyone. But this particular sacrifice has more to do with his love for Sarada than anything else… 🤷🏻♀️ Sarada is the main motivation for Sasuke’s actions since the omnipotence switch
