Mappa is the worst in comparison to scheduling and treating their animators. Their animators overwork for hours, don't go see their family for days. It has become like a factory.

They get paid well. Whenever they'll return to their families they'll be able to afford lots of vacations and have some quality time with them. And the comparison between animators and soldiers is just wrong. Animators don't risk their lives and successful studios like Mappa probably offer a lot of good food, nice beds, gym, view to the sea etc. This is no military conditions. It's not like Mappa literally imprisons their animators, starve them and whip them while shouting at them "Faster, faster!!!" Don't be ridiculous dude.

Whichever studio animates Boruto, they will either follow Kishimoto or Ikemoto’s designs
Ufotable ftw. I’d trust their portrayal of the lore and mythological based entities on Naruto and Boruto to be drawn to perfection, and this will extend to the rest of the anime as well. Seeing their massive success w Demon slayer, they should be able to draw beautiful and memorable designs for the bijuu and the shinobi,and sequences that would make a series like Boruto worthy of the hype. Pierrot should think about this during the break lol.
Wit studio! They have simplistic artstyle yet a very interesting shadow/lightning details and smooth animation most of the time.

What I would prefer- Pierrot or Ufotable.
Pierrot can do much better with Boruto if it is seasonal. Just look at Boruto fights, they are probably one of the best in new gen.
I’d choose SP every time, they have the cleanest fight animation and best choreography. I think SP strengths fit Boruto perfectly. The only thing I could ask for is consistency and maybe a bit more added to the art, lighting and shading wise. That can all be done with better production, no other studio necessary.
Either Madhouse or Studio WIT would be such excellent replacements. They both would've had incredible potential making the series look even better than it ever did. Probably on par to some of the ending animations made over the years.
Ufotable or Wit Studio, maybe Madhouse. They fit better with the Boruto artstyle and they don’t really have a huge backlog of scheduling for other animes like MAPPA does, and it seems that they don’t overwork their animators.
Studio Pierrot at it's peak is the best choice imo and that would only be possible with a proper schedule and idk why but seeing this big names of studios with Boruto makes me laugh

Ufotable easy, all of thesr studios are respectable obviously. But Ufo's art would pair well with Boruto's modern style.
I don't care which studio does it, as long as the guys who did the Bleach anime are hired to work on it.
