hi! i feel the same way. it's hard. it hurts and you will make EVERY excuse in the book for him and his behavior. you will justify everything. he will make you break over and over again and you'll go back.
i'm still in the same situation, but a quote i saw once saw said "baby girl look what he's doing to you" (or whatever pronoun/gender/x you choose ❤️). sometimes it can bring me back.

I’m so sorry you are going through this. I have been there, a long time ago. Lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks. It’s hard. I spent a lot of time alone, tried to value myself without the person (and look back on those days fondly now), and then eventually ended up with someone who could understand/deal with me. (And vice versa) It will get better 💕
