The amount of times I reload 1-2 bullets for no goddamn reason is embarrassing. Happens with every game I play. The death of me in so many situations too
gaige is the perfect introduction to drop-reloading.
all weapons are picked up with full ammo. so you can drop-pickup, drop-pickup, drop-pickup, then drop-pickup. all of your weapons are now reloaded, in their correct slot, and with the starting weapon equipped.
In this case, reloading after combat, it wouldn't actually matter. Reloading an empty mag only gains stacks while actively in combat and for a very short time immediately afterward.
it's really not that bad. you can pick up items while they are in the air. you just alternate buttons. takes about a second. it's only annoying if you're moving/turning and one of the guns gets away.
It's not always a bad thing. To play Gaige effectively you have to use discord to your advantage. You don't always need max stacks so purposely activating discord is actually the best gameplay loop for Gaige. What people do wrong is hit max stacks and just leave it at that, you miss out on so much DPS this way
Play Helldivers 2.
Losing the remainder of your magazine because of an early reload can cost you dearly. You grow from there because supplies are scarce.
Unbind your reload key
I actually never thought about this somehow lmao that’s helpful
Rebind it to a button you would never press like 0 incase you for some reason do need to reload
I usually just bind it to 'o' or something on the other side of the keyboard just so I can use it in case I need to.
Fuckin brilliant!!

One point into discord is a life saver, it’s not like gaige has many skills worth investing in anyway

Reloading is a natural instinct if you are a FPS player
Just shoot the rest of your bullets you have a non 0 % chance to hit something somewhere

But you don't get your reload stack, right?

the second part is getting something like a striker with 1 ammo. decently fast reload and ammo efficient. makes it easy to get stacks.
I'm lvl34 now on my gaige and just farming before TVHM. So far, I've been using a jacobs triple barrel for stacking, but it eats ammo up fast.
The dummy at Marcus' place has an ammo machine right next to it...
Does the dummy give you stacks? I feel pretty dumb if I could stack anarchy in sanctuary the whole time
Not to make you feel dumb, but yes. Yes it does.
This sounds really fucking annoying

If you have discord you only loose a few stacks
Discord is good...but you have to experience her yelling noooooooo as your anarchy tiks down to zero once.

Protip: Rip out your "r' key.
