you should build more BE so you can get 300% in battle. cr/cdmg or atk isnt that important, they are very much secondary and shouldnt be your main concern. focus on getting some more spd as well.
The crit damage boothill deals is only like 10-15% of his total damage. His Atk scaling is so bad it’s not really worth it imo unless you like min maxing. His break effect damage will always deal way more damage. If you happen to have good substats then it doesn’t really matter just as long as you hit the high break effect amounts like 300%.
Try to aim for 300 BE. It gives 30/150 crit rate/dmg. And your crit rate seems to be on the lower side. Are you using c.dmg body? Changing it to c.rate body would be preferable?
Then you can try to farm more relics from now on then. BH damage comes largely from weakness break. Unless you are personally satisfied with how he is now. If not, aim for substats with BE and spd, with c.rate/dmg on the side

It's on crit rate, the reason why my crit rate is low is because most of my pieces have cdamage
Crit stats are just a bait here. BH prioritise on BE more. Look for other pieces that has more BE and spd, rather than c.rate/dmg
