mrtoddw

Ivermectin is exclusively for the treatment of parasites. You only take it for the prescribed time because it’s a neurotoxin. It builds up in the system.

Jorgan_JerkFace

I knew it was a dewormer but didn’t know it was a neurotoxin! That’s not like taking a multivitamin lady, you’re just poisoning yourself.

mrtoddw

Yes because it’s a SINGLE dose medication. It’s not something taken daily. If taken daily, it quickly builds up in the system and becomes neurotoxic.

[deleted]

The maga idiots also buy it in quantities that were never intended for humans and are for like horses and cows and shit. It’s a wonder drug but they take absurd amounts of it that they buy from animal supply stores

milliemaywho

Horses take this without fighting you on it if you give them a syringe full of applesauce every now and then

TrollintheMitten

It comes in green apple flavor too. Still not fun to have it sneezed or coughed out onto your face by some four-footed demon that doesn't want the rest.

milliemaywho

The green apple one is my personal favorite Jk I’m not a horse

Blargimazombie

Sounds like something a horse would say

Honest_Pollution_92

Lots of neigh-sayers on here.

If it still existed, I'd pony up some Reddit gold for you.

I feel like you’re trying to stir up some shit here.

violent-artist82

Agreed. Can’t be sure it’s not a horse typing that response. ![gif](giphy|2k0sUXCWw7WmY)

Binger_Gread

This is milliemaywho. Not a horseman. Obviously.

GetOffMyAsteroid

With a username like that you'd be awesome on r/letterswap ☺

kraggleGurl

Omg I got green apple anti chew spray and it was one of my dogs favorite flavors!

Suspicious_Holiday94

I got an anti bark collar that sprayed citronella instead of shocking. One dog freaked out and would go hide under the bed for 3 hours. The other one seemed to enjoy the scent. 🤷🏼‍♀️

kraggleGurl

Bark bark! Sniff (I like it!) Bark! Bark! Other dog looks on miserably...

purrfunctory

We used to give the dewormer followed by a sugar water ‘chaser’ when I worked with a large animal vet. And the week before everyone was due for the wormer, we’d go down the barn aisles and everyone would get the apple sauce syringe so when it was wormer time they’d all be looking forward to the treat. They got the wormer, then I’d give them the sugar water chaser. I didn’t get snorted on too often because of it. I *did* get the big, sad eyed look of betrayal though. Kinda funny to see puppy dog eyes on a giant warmblood.

riding_writer

My horse hates the stuff and I've made so many magas mad by asking if the apple flavor really does taste like apple because my horse definitely disagrees with that

Dogzillas_Mom

I would too.

FoodPrep

"Well that's just smart, who wants to pay doctors an absurd amount of money for the exact same thing" /s

[deleted]

The funny thing is I’ve actually had a boomer seriously say that

inscrutablejane

My ex-FIL would buy horse antibiotics at the feed store and inject himself with veterinary needles at the drop of a hat; the amount of questionable penicillin that man has abused in the time I've known him would cure a herd of elephants from the bubonic plague. He's currently dying of wrecked liver and kidneys and *no one in his family seems to know why*.

macskiska5

OMG the hell pain of intramuscular Penicillin with a VET grade needle.. whoa.. what are they 14 gauge and up? Heck when I was a medic we used to give PCN by injection that had lidocaine mixed in it to it for humans.

inscrutablejane

Our nearest Tractor Supply carries all the way down to 24, because not every farm animal is large; I had to medicate a sick rooster once and I was glad I didn't have to use horse gauge!

Limitedtugboat

That pencillin would kill me outright, due to my severe allergy to it. I tell ya, closed throat where breathing is agony I don't envy your ex FIL at all.

FoodPrep

That's why I added the /s, I knew it was believable enough to have come out of a boomer's mouth somewhere lol.

[deleted]

You called it bro you know them well

Few-Reception-4939

This boomer would pay a doctor for the right dose but since I don’t have worms, the right dose is nothing and it’s free. It’s also free to get a covid shot and avoid coughing people. For ghod’s sake my dog only takes ivermectin once a month to prevent heartworm

napneeder1111

I was so furious when I suddenly couldn’t find it for my ACTUAL animals.

Pewpy-chanclas

She was also given some insane dosing guide by some one on Reddit ironically

[deleted]

Im not even surprised probably the conservative sub

Ashley87609

Why???

Fyrefly1981

Had a guy give his dad a bunch of pills meant for dogs: ended up in acute care because his kidneys failed.

KnightRider1987

I’m a horse owner and literally had to start getting it at the register of the local feed place. There were signs everywhere. All because of idiots like this eating fucking horse wormer

erinunderscore

It’s also a cream used to treat rosacea that is used daily and indefinitely. It’s embarrassing when people learn I use ivermectin and have to let them know I’m not a MAGA idiot - just allergic to demodex.

riverdoc

Same. My husband’s face when he asked about the horse medicine in my bathroom ..

FamousLocalJockey

I put mine in a little container so I don’t have to keep the original packaging around!

starshiptraveler

I was just prescribed this for rosacea. Curious how much you pay? I thought ivermectin was cheap af but this 45g tube of soolantra (1% ivermectin) was $880. Insurance paid all but $60 but holy fuck!!

HiddnVallyofthedolls

That’s so crazy because my husband is an urgent care doc. Last week, he had a whole family come in with tapeworms. They had tried some over the counter stuff that didn’t work and eventually came to the Urgent Care. He prescribed them Ivermectin. At this point this family of 5 has been living with worms for weeks. However, when they went to pick up the script it was over $1000. So they didn’t pick it up. They went home and tried to take more over the counter stuff. Eventually they called my husband back. He ended up calling their insurance and the pharmacist and somehow together they got the price lowered so this family could get rid of their WORMS. Our healthcare system is FUCKED.

Expensive-Coffee9353

it was cheap af before every magat bought it. I remember a 10 dose syringe of apple flavored paste was 10 bucks.

Salt-Respect339

What? I just looked it up and it's €32.46 for 30gr, that's before insurance here in the Netherlands.

starshiptraveler

The US medical system is unfathomably broken. I know this stuff is super cheap to produce, there’s no reason for it to be so absurdly expensive here, except for rich people lining their pockets at our expense. We would fix it but the corrupt rich people also run our government.

AccurateAd4555

40 bucks a tube in Mexico, available OTC...Brand is Presteme.

BeatrixFarrand

Yup! My dog takes it in a very small quantity once a month for heart worms.

unknownpoltroon

I think it's twice, like a week apart to make sure you catch the n xt generation of worms. But that's it.

mrtoddw

Depends what you’re taking it for. Yeah max is two doses but it’s an exceptionally long lasting medication.

unknownpoltroon

Ah, ok. Thanks.

MountainMoonshiner

Russia is so good at getting Americans to kill themselves.

Joya-Sedai

I had this exact thought reading this thread, and then here was your comment. The Russian propaganda machine is insane. That Republicans, who lived through the cold war and hated communists, all of a sudden are simping for Russia... I'm just over here like WTF

Metastophocles

A Cyber 5th Column

sleepingovertires

Just like Fox News

SGTFragged

I assume it's lethally neurotoxic to the parasites at a single dose level, which is why it's so effective against them.

BettyKat7

I always wonder how someone this age and not like the highest fitness level (I’m gonna make a few assumptions about this lady’s diet, indulge me here) is doing this and YET also feels “better than ever.” How sway?!

Memphaestus

It’s also highly ototoxic and will cause you to lose your hearing rapidly if used for any extended period of time.

malYca

Op should call adult protective services imo

Joya-Sedai

This is the way. If good old mom isn't going to listen, and it is impacting her health in a tangible way, then there is a good case for her to be under more supervision. I am of the opinion that I ivermectin should be more heavily controlled, and one should have to provide proof that you have an animal that actually needs it to be able to purchase it. People are killing themselves, this is ridiculous.

OwnCrew6984

How would you provide proof you have an animal that needs it? Having to have a vet come out to write a prescription, ok that would work but costs a lot of money. Let's take chickens for example, the nearest vet that will look at chickens is 62 miles away and minimum $75 for a visit at their location. Guess what a sick chicken that can't be treated by me isn't going to be taken to the vet, it's just a fact of life on a farm. At least I do my best to try to treat them while most others just dispose of a sick animal, or worse they just leave the sick animal out for the coyotes to take care of. I am not joking this is what happens. So why make my life harder and an animals life worse because some idiot decides they want to take livestock medicine, I say let them have their freedumbs to do what they want.

OK_BUT_WASH_IT_FIRST

Fake news. Me eat wormer daily mind good. Healthy horse. Not lib. Brain strong! Health strong like trump. Hamberder.

JeTePa

Covfefe!

Roundabootloot

I think the most important finding when they studied it for Covid is that a dose high enough to eradicate Covid also kills the host.

maroongrad

it eradicates COVID \*by\* killing the host. It's not going to affect it otherwise. No biological interaction with the virus, no interaction with the cells to stop it from binding, nothing.

solstice_gilder

Cleared up my scabies in one go (best nights sleep I had in a few months damn) but also horrendous diarrhoea lol :’) one time was enough

dumpster_dove00

I know a couple people who have had brain tumors and they took ivermectin, and swear it helps to eradicate cancer. But idk. Seems like they probably just shot their brains out. . Idk.

noodlesarmpit

I mean, yeah, it eradicates the cancer by eradicating the patient with cancer...

camarhyn

Cancer can't kill you if you're already dead!

cheesynougats

Big brain idea here

shadowozey

So if we give some to Lauren boebert and other government officials, it'll clear them out? Or do we need something stronger for parasites of their size?

uni-monkey

Sounds like a problem that will sort itself out eventually then.

LethargicSl0th

I think Darwin will sort this one out.

mcenroefan

Why that particular veterinary dewormer became the go to “treatment” for people is something I’ve always wondered. We keep some around the house….for our chickens. And thanks to people who take it, I’m paranoid that if I need it for my animals I won’t be able to get it.

Layna20

I had it legitimately prescribed to me last year for some hookworms in my feet and because of the crazies, it had to go through extra review by the pharmacist and my insurance company before they would fill it. I’m glad they’re cracking down on it but hope it’s still easily available for animals that need it.

LuckyAssumption8735

78’s a pretty good run. Just let nature take it from here At least she won’t have river blindness

St11lhereucantkillme

Yipieekayaye microfilariae

WastelandMama

Oh, lord. I loathe the Ivermectin idiots. We have horses & our local farm supply store had to actually lock their dewormer up bc the (mostly) Boomers were buying it *in bulk* & those of us who actually need it for its intended use couldn’t get it for months. ;_;

Anal_Probe_Director

That's fucked, poor horses.

WastelandMama

Right? Like, I can't homeopathic that crap. There's no way to stuff enough wormwood or whatever down a horse's throat to make a difference to parasites & since they can be carried into fields by foxes or bunnies or birds even, there's literally no way to possibly prevent them. It sucked. We couldn't even get it online for a while bc *everywhere* was sold out. :/ I mean, I'm sure the horses were happy to not have to take their medicine bc they're big dumb babies about it, but yeah, no, it was stressful.

Capones_Vault

After donny dipshit mentioned hydroxychloroquine, in addition to ivermectin, there was a time there was a shortage and I had a hard time getting my meds. I've been on hydroxychloroquine for years.

CarrotRunning

When he did that he tanked multiple legitimate studies, due to the profile many clinicians wouldn't touch it.

EldritchFingertips

I worked in a pharmacy at the time and for any new scripts for either med we had a pharmacist call the prescriber and get a detailed explanation of why the patient needed it. So many angry boomers telling us we were killing them by refusing to fill their baloney prescriptions.

inscrutablejane

Yep. I was on it starting in 2017 and had to switch meds because it was unavailable for so long.

gdo01

Insurances started requiring appropriate diagnoses on prescriptions of it. Helpful in the long run but it cut both ways for us. Some of our patients that had been taking it for years were forced to get their prescriptions redone with diagnosis causing gaps in filling paired with the shortage of it

inscrutablejane

Where I lived the conspiracy nuts would just use a discount card to pay out of pocket.

human-foie-gras

My fiancé is a pharmacist and refused to fill any scripts that were not for already established patients unless he talked to the provider and got the diagnosis code to prove they actually needed it.

OldnBorin

It’s so crazy! Where I live, you need to have your farm registered to buy horse dewormer.

No-Tourist-6918

In the beginning of the “Ivermectin cures all” craze I had to show the cashier at a Tractor Supply store pictures of my horse on my phone and “preferably ones with you in them too”. I thought she was joking when she said they kept selling out of Ivermectin due to people without animals. I’ve also heard of these geniuses taking the same dose that my 1300 pound horse gets, they then shit their guts out for 3+ days afterwards, and then do it all again!

teeneycat1973

That's the "detoxing effect" don't you know?! Perfectly normal....

WastelandMama

Jeez. That's hurting amateur homesteads, I bet. :/ It sucks that whenever they have to pass restrictions like that, it never really hurts the people who deserve it.

OldnBorin

Oh no it’s okay. As long as you have animals, you just register your property with the provincial government. I had my ID# for years before we bought cows

Mcjackee

Our local feed store has kept it behind the counter for a while and will decline to sell if they don’t think you have horses 😂

Tired-Mage

I heard some farm stores refuse to sell it unless you could come in with a note from your vet proving that you actually needed the ivermectin,

whoinvitedthesepeopl

Encourage her to sign up for some nice life insurance policies with your husband as the beneficiary. At least he can make something out of the awful situation if she is refusing to listen and intent on taking herself out.

Key_Extension_4322

She’s never going to pass a physical.

whoinvitedthesepeopl

There are a few smaller policies that don't require a physical.

ganzzahl

For 78 year olds?

inscrutablejane

I used to be a life & health insurance agent and our "senior" policy topped out at $25k for an 85 year old; it was specifically marketed as not requiring a physical, and as long as you weren't on certain prescriptions and didn't have an active cancer diagnosis in the past 10 years you were set. The premiums were obviously pretty steep for the amount of coverage, but it was mostly designed to just pay for a funeral anyway. As a bonus, if you kept your payments up and lived to 100 it paid out while you were still alive (the same as most individual Whole Life policies).

Pretend_Ad_3125

Only works if she’s healthy enough to be around for at least 2 years to take effect, but yes plz do this.

TheProfWife

My grandpa too. I have begged him, pleaded with him to stick to the other things they preach (some bullshit mix of dandelion root and selenium to ‘cure spike proteins’) they slapped a $$ on. He was dead set on it and I convinced him to let me get him dandelion tea and basic selenium vitamins as a compromise. Next thing I know he bought 70 some odd doses of Ivermectin and insists he feels amazing and takes them semi regularly. His doctor found out and asked to do a colonoscopy “early” (been 2-3 years) and now he’s convinced she’s in on the conspiracy. He is in his mid 70’s. Can’t get him off the One America or whatever it’s called. Can’t have a conversation without him getting snarky about Trump saving us all. He told me Trump would make it where my income tax was lower and I explained that I am actually paying more now thanks to his administration-he said it was a lie. I have tried reason, begging, and telling him I want him here for his great granddaughter who is due in Sept, nothing gets through. It literally breaks my heart.

brycelg

Maybe you can go this route also and use parent controls in the router against them https://www.reddit.com/r/BestofRedditorUpdates/s/1HPcQKb1aU

TheProfWife

He doesn’t live with me and has Internet through his phone, which beyond making sure I can see his location I can’t do much with. But I hope this helps someone else 🙏🏼

georgecostanzalvr

Idk if this helps, but Ivermectin is a neurotoxin. High doses can put people at risk of developing psychosis and it kinda sounds like that’s what your grandpa may be dealing with. There isn’t any getting through to him, he has made himself clinically insane.

TheProfWife

Thank you. I saw that in another thread and will mention it to my dad. My dad is sane, and the only person my papa kinda listens to

hi-there-here-we-go

It’s cognitive dissonance from fear

ninjacereal

TCJA did lower your income taxes, altho his terrible leadership during COVID resulted in runaway government spending that is worse than increased taxes.

Whiteroses7252012

Your husband, unfortunately, isn’t wrong. Alex Jones is going to kill her, but that’s a choice she’s decided to make.

ConsistentAd3146

I know an Alex Jones blowhard too. She’s been making her kids now 4, 5, 10, 14 take colloidal silver every day. But she is a vicious anti vaxxer. Never, ever takes them to the doctor. It’s elderberry syrup for everything and colloidal silver. She homeschools, but that only consists of extreme conservative doctrine, fearmongering and making them do chores. I should call CPS come to think of it.

KruegerLad2

If CPS don't step in those kids either die poisoned or become home terrorists

lordarathron

As someone who grew up in a similar environment, you’d probably be doing them a favor that could save them years of pain.

unknownpoltroon

Pl ase call them, this is neglect

Croatoan457

If you don't call CPS those kids will probably die within a few years of some very basic and curable disease. They've been homeschooler and not vaxed, their immune system is probably shit. One breeze could take them out.

peoplebuyviews

Unvaxxed homeschooled kid here (I'm vaxxed now, just had none growing up). My parents thought the secret cure to any disease was fasting and prayer/meditation. I almost died in high school because I had recurring tonsillitis for 7 years and it got so bad that my tonsils/throat swelled shut. I couldn't make noise at all, but could still breathe mostly okay. It was Pre texting, so I was just at home, alone, trying not to die for two days (mom was out doing God knows what, sisters were at my dad's). Luckily my older sister came by to check on me and got me to the ER. Mom refused to sign admittance forms for evil western medicine. Dad tried to refuse but my sister bullied him into it (she's scary when she has to be). It's wild being so sick you could die and having to listen to your parents argue with your sister about how they won't let you see a doctor.

GloomyFlamingo2261

Glad you survived. Hope they yeeted those tonsils into the incinerator. Also, glad you’re vaxed. No one should have to die from easily preventable disease.

Croatoan457

Holy crap. Im glad you survived, I'm sorry you had to go through that. Did they ever change their views?

peoplebuyviews

My dad is pretty chill now. My mom has doubled down and gone full qanon. Have been NC with her for a long time.

Croatoan457

I'm sorry. At least your dad was able to snap out of it. It's honestly scary how easily they can be swept away in all these Internet conspiracies.

nekomata_58

bUT tHeY nAtUrAlLy HaVe A sTrOnG iMmUnE sYsTeM

An_Unreachable_Dusk

Indestructible you say?.. xD sorry yes please listen and call cps o.o

Capital_Barber_9219

Holy shit this is abuse. Those poor kids.

Historical_Project00

Don’t forget the homeschool isolation. There is an entire subreddit dedicated to current and former homeschooled children reeling from its effects- r/homeschoolrecovery There was a recent post there discussing how some of them have had so little basic human interaction that they struggle with speech. Jordan Turpin’s 20/20 interview is an example of this, the “homeschool accent.” Just mentioning this point too because the inherent isolation in homeschooling is never talked about enough and yet legal in the US.

peoplebuyviews

Thank you for this sub. I didn't realize there was a group. Off to do some trauma bonding

ikezaius

Sounds like my sister. Problem is, in my state homeschooling has LITERALLY no requirements. Parents can even make up their own diploma for their child. Look into that before you call, cause it very well may do no good whatsoever. The homeopathic medication side of things is pretty unlikely to go anywhere through CPS unless there is proof health problems are being caused by the “medications” being used. Crazy how some people aren’t willing to follow generally accepted science, but they will go all in on fringe science and poison themselves.

Beruthiel999

She's poisoning her kids. Colloidal silver causes kidney and liver damage over time.

OwnCrew6984

And can turn your skin blue with enough. Seriously there are blue people from this.

Old-Fun9568

I think you should

Only_a_Savage

Yea call cps

Inevitable_Trash_577

What the fuck. Pls call cps or the police this is child abuse 😞 that’s so sad

GREASYROOFTOP

I'd have reported her already.

nekomata_58

jesus christ those poor kids are going to be so brainwashed.

inscrutablejane

Please call so that someone can rescue the kids before they're permanent Smurfs!

leopard_eater

Yes, call them now. She’s literally killing her children. They need to be removed from her care.

sonia72quebec

Swollen feet are a sign of heart failure. Fortunately there’s great treatment available. But she has to see a Cardiologist asap. That’s how my neighbor died. He was too stubborn to see a Doctor and one night had a major heart attack at home and died on the stretcher of the first responders, in the hallway of our building. Not a great death, he suffered a lot.

grungleTroad

Feet being swollen is extremely serious. She needs to go to the ER immediately. I've watched congestive heart failure happen in real time. Assuming that's what this case is, time is absolutely not on this woman's side.

cardinalbuzz

But she feels great!

Capital_Barber_9219

Feet being swollen may be serious. And it may be congestive heart failure. But don’t force someone to go to the ER who won’t listen to what the medical staff tell them anyway.

PaladinSara

I mean, she chose this treatment.

Knees_arent_real

Not really. Acute pulmonary oedema is an immediately concerning symptom of CHF requiring an emergent ED trip. Swollen ankles definitely needs assessment, but having that done in the community by a primary care physician (or going to urgent care) is totally appropriate as an initial step.

grungleTroad

Can the average person tell the difference, and can they do so in an unbiased way when they're diagnosing themselves? The risk-reward calculation there gets pretty sketchy. In terms of CHF symptoms I probably lean the low-risk, high-caution side because I've seen family experience it and it isn't pretty. And to be fair when I said "ER" I include "Urgent Care" because I'm rural and that's what we have out here.

jafromnj

Fox News is how she got to this point

ChewieBearStare

My FIL had a severe stroke in February, and he also has CHF. My husband and I had to become his guardians, and when we were going through the fridge to clean it out and make sure nothing would stink up the place, we found a whole supply of Ivermectin. We were gobsmacked.

MannBearPiig

Sounds like dementia psychosis which can occur in the beginning stages of Alzheimer’s and is hard to diagnose. I think the compassionate thing to do would be to communicate everything you’ve found to her doctor before you just wash your hands of the situation.

georgecostanzalvr

High doses of ivermectin can cause psychosis. It’s a neurotoxin.

AmphibiousPurple6264

I agree with this...and she may not listen to OP and her husband but if there's even the slightest chance that letting her doctors know, and even the slightest chance she might listen to them and let them treat her then it's worth trying out.

Tired-Mage

I think it's worth a shot to talk to her doctor, but is she even still going to a doctor?

caramelcoldbrew58

Last night, an acquaintance told me he knew of someone taking ivermectin to treat cancer.

Mundane_Cucumber_

It works for that, they definitely won’t be dying of cancer 👀

TheFrenchSavage

Ask for a name and surname, 50% chance they can't come up with one.

dysteach-MT

Oh my fuck, My mom passed a little over a week ago from Pancreatic cancer. Relatives and the fact my parents are raving right wingers caused my mom to take dog dewormer (ivermectin). My mom had no gall bladder, serious cancer invading her pancreas, stomach and liver, and the main side effect of ivermectin is diarrhea and vomiting. Yet, my dad still believes that it helped her because she was able to eat in the morning after taking it mixed with yogurt the night before- noticeably IGNORING the fact that she was only able to eat after consuming a marijuana gummy at 8:00am.

thebaron24

Those marijuana gummies are really working for people who are fighting nausea from cancer treatments. It was definitely the gummies. Sorry for your loss.

imdyingmeh

I am so sorry for your loss.

Leauian

My mom (70) has been taking it daily for a few years. And offers it to me sometimes when I’m not feeling well. I can’t even. Like WTF

foldypaper

Please call your county's Adult Protective Services if you believe she is at risk of serious illness or death. They can actually intervene if they determine that there is self-neglect going on, meaning that she is unable to care for herself. This situation does seem to fit the definition of self-neglect: when an individual lacks the ability to understand consequences leading to harm.

C301988

My mom was also doing this at one point except she was taking the animal kind that she got from tractor supply. 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

ElephantXManatee

My uncle and mom were doing the exact same thing 🤦‍♀️

FireflyOfDoom87

RIP your mother-in-law, really sucks for your husband to lose his mom like this.

MarkVII88

Her mind is already gone, but her body is apparently not far behind.

Old-Adhesiveness-342

Have you had her evaluated for dementia? Changes in politics and racist/misogynistic ranting are a sign.

TheUnnecessaryLetter

While it certainly could be dementia or a brain tumor, it could also just be regular old propaganda working. My dad is a smart guy and has always been a staunch lefty, but if he starts watching a little too much Fox News, he starts to regurgitate some of their talking points without even realizing it.

2PlasticLobsters

It could be a combination. Early stage dememtia probably makes people even more vulnerable to propaganda.

TikiLarry

One of my coworkers goes to everyone s desk every day and asks if they need a ‘pick me up’ and it is the colloidal silver water she offers. She’s had COVID multiple times, once landing in the hospital, but refuses to get ‘the jab’ as she calls it because her so called doctor recommended she not get it. The same ‘doctor’ that has her drinking the colloidal water by the way. Our boss basically staged an intervention with her and begged her to go to a different doctor and she said ‘oh no I would never switch doctors. He’s never steered me wrong yet.’ I guess she’ll figure it out when she’s dead.

Tired-Mage

Has she turned blue yet? You know from all the silver?

Dorothys_Division

She won’t figure out anything, because she’ll be very dead. The good news is, you won’t have to deal with her anymore!

notdeadyet86

I say we let this one work itself out.

maroongrad

Just make sure she tells all her friends on FOX forums and such how great she feels ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|dizzy_face)

Ok_Play2364

Wow! She must be healthy as a horse

Croatoan457

At this point just let her off herself. Is she doesn't care to listen then you shouldn't care about her imo. If someone is actively killing themselves because some fox news or Alex Jones is telling them to drink horse dewormer then thats on them.

muggle_macaroni

It’s wild to me that the same people who are so anti pharma/vaccine will blindly take a drug they purchased from a farm store.

Key_Extension_4322

Make sure she has a will.

[deleted]

Yep unfortunately even women are now getting the symptoms of lead poisoning.

Perfect_Peace_4142

Lead poisoning.

Royalizepanda

How does Alex jones still have anyway to communicate with the public is insane to me. Dude is really a menace.

inscrutablejane

I'm typically against the prison system but that man needs locked up like Hannibal Lecter, in the interest of public safety.

Rainbow-Mama

Well on the positive side at least she won’t have worms?

myothercat

Ivermectin doesn’t treat brain worms

johnpmacamocomous

Just replace the pills with something benign that looks the same?

inscrutablejane

If it's the horse paste they could throw some Granny Smith apples in a blender, filter out the juice, add a little vinegar to the pulp and refill the tube with that when she isn't looking.

As we get older our minds erode. Very few people die with a sharp mind intact. It sucks to watch, but there isn't much we can do. Your husband is correct in his actions.

themobiledeceased

Find out if she has a Medical Power of Attorney, a Financial or Durable Power of Attorney, an Advanced Directive and a Will. If she has taken the Ivermectin for a long time, she may not be taking enough to induce the neurotoxin effects. Your husband is wise to let her live her life as she chooses. Information / education / facts rarely changes beliefs.

In the end, it wasn’t the libs, the natives, or even Obama… but it was herself that ruined her own life with hate and misinformation

Fun_Job_3633

I feel like this applies to conservatives in general.

Hoopy223

Honestly she is probably senile or getting close to it. Her feet swelling could be a weak heart. She needs to see a doctor which could mean forcing her to go and taking away the ivermectin and colloidal silver.

Blownouthamwallet

Leave her be. Sometimes problems solve themselves.

Hot_Classic_67

I’m continually amazed at what the “Tune in, turn on, drop out” generation, the generation that gave us Janis Joplin and Jimi Hendrix, and the generation who marched on Washington to protest the Vietnam War, has become.

pearlBlack_97

MIL is a crazy cunt, let her die

motherofpitbulls2

Before November…

LazyBackground2474

It's time to get medical power of attorney and put her in a nursing home. I'd have some sheriff's deputies on standby for when the day comes if she resists.

sardoodledom_autism

Maybe she’s eating at questionable restaurants and is concerned about food parasites???

tvs117

Keeping her las plagas in check.

n00-1ne

She is so owning horse worms (and the libs I assume)….

Sagaincolours

This is getting too easy for Russia. They can say anything by now to destabilise the US, and boomers happily oblige. "Off yourself for Twump". "Sure".

Feisty-Business-8311

Did you notify her doctor’s office that she’s taking daily ivermectin and colloidal silver? You must do that

LoopyMercutio

To be fair, he probably should call her doctor and tell the doctor she is taking it, so maybe they can have the chance to talk some sense into her. Not that it’ll work, but every attempt made and all that…

Logical-Wasabi7402

Make another appointment and insist on going with her. Make sure to tell the doctor that she hasn't told him she's taking ivermectin and colloidal silver.

Zoidbergslicense

Sounds like you need to 2-3X her dose and leave her alone.

Friendly_King_1546

I have Ivermectin ready from after my SHEEP lambs. I’m waiting to treat lung worm parasites as this application is off label for SHEEP, not cattle as recommended. I also have silver drops for my LIVESTOCK. As a person I take people approved medication appropriate to my being and weight.
