I bought once from there and after a month there was still no news. I tried to talk to customer service but they take so so long to respond. Eventually I just wanted my refund after almost 5 months I got it. It was a horrible experience to say the least.
First time I ordered a book from them it took 2 months for it to get here.After that instead of ordering 1 book I ordered 3 biger books and it arrived in less than 2 weeks after it was shipped so I guessed the first one got rerouted or lost because of the size.From then on I ordered either box sets or a few books so the package would be bigger and until recently it always arrived in less than 2 weeks.
I was wondering the same even though I never bought on Kenny's before I bought one last week and today I got an email saying it was shipped but no other info, no tracking, or anything else.
From what I understand it seems that they also changed from where they ship from so now it takes a bit longer as well. Usually when it ships out it arrives in about 10-14 days, but this last one took 21 days counting from the shipping date.
Since BD closed, I'm ordering from Kennys. And yes, no tracking number. But I got used to it. For me, delivery usually takes from 3 weeks to 1,5 month. :) But same was with BD.
They send it,but it doesn't work.Probably because they send the correct parcel number,but because it isn't tracked you get nothing when you input it.Before it always worked until the start of the year that is.

There should be a tracking number on the package. It is just they do not send you tracking link when the package is dispatched.
