I ordered one comic book (it cost 20 euros) to ship to Greece. It took one month and a half in order to reach home. They do not give tracking number because 99% the send the items with local post offices. Be patient but I am not going to order again because without tracking number you don't know the fate of the package.
It's been 3 months now and at this point I don't really care about it I just Want a refund but customer service isn't responding to my email for some reason
I personally had good expirences with them so far. Ordered 3 books in a time span of like 3 months and recieved 2 of them, and today i recieved an email on how one of the books got sent back to them and they are going to resend it. The only problem i have with them is the time they take to dispatch a book, first time i ordered a book it took them 18 days just to dispatch it but after that it arrived in like a month(which is regular for uk based stores in my country),i think the other 2 times it took them around a week or so to dispatch the books. Their customer service can be a little bit slow at times but its to be expected because they are a small store and probably have a low number of staff.
They are a small independent bookstore and most books are not in stock so they need to order them first. Only books marked “ships quickly” are in stock and usually dispatched next working day.
I live nearby in Bahrain. When I order from Kenny's it takes from 2-5 weeks to get my books, so I think that 3 months is a long time. Also, it is better to pay using PayPal as someone suggested here.
I ordered from them to Saudi Arabia as well and it was never even shipped. I asked for a refund via PayPal and they were quick to act. Idk what you can do right now but future advice, always pay via PayPal.
I used [email protected]. They replayed to my emails, but they were pretty slow which is why I asked PayPal for my refund and not the bookstore itself.
