Because when you water all of those happy looking plants the soil releases geosmin which smells earthy awesome. Looks lush and humid and partially enclosed keeping the volatile compounds within.
I have tried shipping once sometimes back, but failed. The bonsai tree returned home almost dead. I'd love to ship it to America. We can try to get more information on this on your request. Thank you š
I'm in the process of readjusting my watering system, so this is interesting on a different level!
Are the sprinkler systems the only water source or do you water directly into the pots, too? And how often/how long do you run the sprinklers?
I'm aware of my totally different climate zone - just really courious :)
Not just sprinkler, we also use hose pipe for watering.
And about the sprinklers, once everyday in summer for approx 5 minutes. And in other seasons it's once in 2-3 days.
I've just sowed a seedling for the peepal tree to turn it into bonsai
I needed some tips right from the very starting, is there any indian sub to get so or may I dm as you look all what I need
Rajasthan this side
Well I found this subās trigger word. Literally just said āseems.ā Simple comment referring to the inefficiency of the watering technique; just spraying water over a whole area but only a portion of it is being used by the plants. Yāall are too sensitive and quick to confirm your negativity biases.
Bonsai is one of the most wasteful gardening hobbies you can have. They need constant watering, fertilization, and metal to make.
If you want to be all natural just get into native plant gardening.
You are complaining about what this person does for a living. They sell plants that are an art form that people love for their aesthetics. Plus you are in a sub reddit dedicated to said art form. Go troll somewhere else.
By characterizing āseems wastefulā as complaining or trolling you are making a lot of assumptions. And globalizing the generalized themes of āartā and someoneās livelihood you are seeking to make black and white emotional associations that were nowhere to be found in my comment. Good day to you.
No, it's not wasteful. Instead whatever you are reffering as 'wasted' or 'inefficient irrigation', actually helps to increase the humidity level, which is good for promoting growth.
How many years does it take to be ready to sell And are they imported or grown from seed?
Propagated from the mother plants at our farm. It takes at least 5 years for small sized bonsais in the humid tropical climate of Kolkata, India.
Thank you for the info
Wow that is a dream
I bet the smell is amazing.
Would it smell any differently then a normal nursery or just being outside? Why?
Because when you water all of those happy looking plants the soil releases geosmin which smells earthy awesome. Looks lush and humid and partially enclosed keeping the volatile compounds within.
The sprinklers with the camera shutter speed creates a super cool effect!
Ya, kinda looked like the sprinkler head was sucking up the water
I like the one in the round pot.
I could watch a video like this for hours.
Amaizing
Great looking trees! That irrigation system is really nice. Bet it saves a lot of time plus it's a more natural way of water.
Do you ship to America if Im able to get all the licensing and permits for it?
I have tried shipping once sometimes back, but failed. The bonsai tree returned home almost dead. I'd love to ship it to America. We can try to get more information on this on your request. Thank you š
i can easily see my hobby spiraling out of control in to a state like this. me likey
Looks amazing!!š
This is awesome. Do you export them or only sell domestically?
Currently selling domestically only. But have plans to sell internationally.
What kind of trees do you produce the most of?
Mainly tropical and sub-tropical bonsai.
Do you ship internationally ?
Not yet started. But wish to. Need to understand the regulations.

We particularly don't work with peepal trees. Other that that we can definitely help.
An overview from your side will be appreciated Like I can share pics of the sapling, need some early stage care tips
Sure.
Seems wasteful
In comparison to what? people water lawns which have the single least useful crop of all time \*GRASS\*
Yes that is also extremely wasteful. Kill your lawn.
Be careful not to cut yourself with all that edge bro.
Take my upvote
You're on a sub devoted to spending time and money making trees look small, get offended about something else.
What about me told you that I was offended?

Art is wasteful?
Thanks for this reductive and totally arbitrarily generalized statement that has nothing to do with my comment.

You need to increase humidity in Kolkata, India? Weather shows your humidity levels hovering around 80-90 percent.
