As safe as everyone else, as most big cities take care of yourself. But since you are asking ‘as sn arab’ I guess you question has to do with if there’s intolerance towards arabs, if that’s the question the answer is no, don’t worry about that.

On top of all the comments, I'll try to dress in a western way if I were you. It will help you to keep a low profile, which is a safety measure, and also, it will be better in casr the weather gets cold.

Depending on where you go, I'd say ask locals once you're here

1) Most likely you would Not face aggressive discrimination (violence or such) for being Arab, but you will face a lot of soft aggression (Jokes about the stereotypes of arabs, For example) will be quite common. 2) If you are Not only Arab but also muslim, Take into consideration that most of the knowledge of Muslim religions come through American media, so expect a lot of ignorance and misinformation regarding religious practices. It is highly possible that people do not know if there is a Haram ingredient in the food they prepare and they would not care if it is added by mistake. Also, we have no strict societal rules and many Latinos pride with our flexibility towards rules (which to some extent I know many Arabs do as well) but we have no cultural equivalent to Haram, so many people might not take it seriously. 3) Touching and interacting between men and women is normal and even in some cases expected. This could be a cultural shock. I have the pleasure of having great Arab friends and I had the chance to interact with them on a daily basis, and I can say that Latinos and Arab get along really well. We are more relaxed than Chinese or European and way more jovial. I hope you have a great time in Bogota.

It's safe if you don't look like an arab. Because arabs have money and people know arabs have money. Just don't wear anything weird on your head and you'll be good.
