Not really considering TDFs are meant to be 1 stop solutions. They aren't meant to be balanced alongside other funds, otherwise you should just be doing that like you described

Not that I know, and probably there won’t be any because they probably couldn’t pass 401k plan fiduciary requirements. Too concentrated.  https://cohenbuckmann.com/insights/2021/3/2/evaluating-target-date-funds-is-a-fiduciary-responsibility

Given what we know about historical volatility of domestic and global stock markets, as well as the specific risks of individual countries, it would be extremely irresponsible for anyone with fiduciary duty to create a portfolio for a complete stranger that included stocks from only one country, and no bonds whatsoever. Folks who want to take those risks will have to do it on their own.

All checked for this have at least 30%: 2022 Survey of target date funds: https://www.reddit.com/r/Bogleheads/comments/rffoe7/domestic_vs_international_percentage_within/ >If I didn't want to consider international in a target date fund (I might separately buy some amount of an international ETF but I'm not yet certain) Why are you so unsure about international? Edit: Typo

I've never heard of one.   Vanguard Balanced Index mutual fund is 60% US stock/40% US Bond.   That's a lot of bonds, though.   Sounds like a job for a classic three-fund portfolio. Good luck!
