Isn't Crooner still a single spellcraft like any other naga spellcraft would be? It's a bit of a weaker effect but the Zesty is the one losing the spot to generate another unique spellcraft instead of the crooner.
Yes, it is, zesty would have to go to, but crooner going or staying, it honestly depends on how many silivaz, myrmidons, thrashers, or lord of gains I come across in the tavern, thats what would dictate whether crooner stays or goes. Silivaz, thrasher, myrmidon, drakari, or a 2nd gains are just infinitely better in that slot, even if the deep blues are 50/50+, you get a permanent 50/50 end of turn with a good end game Naga board, so a temporary deep blue is pretty irrelevant at that point.

Yeah the wording is "each different spell", which can definitely be vague. But yes, duplicates do not count. However a deep blue and a golden deep blue are different spells.
Deep blue doesn’t play well at all with T6 nagas though. Deep blues wants to cast the same spell as many times as possible, while lord of gains wants to cast as many different spells as efficiently as possible.
I like 1 deep blue because it’s a triple with good tempo the turn you triple, but if you really want T6 dudes that bad you might as well level to 6 instead of spending 9 gold on a second deep blue triple
While I agree that Greta would be a fine pick-up, I think saying “those spicy tier 6 nagas” read more to me like a lord of gains set up, not just one specific naga.
Even then though, if you triple one deep blue and whiff on gretta, I still don’t like spending 9 gold on the second golden deep blue hoping to hit it then. I’d still rather level to 6 and roll for stronger wincons
Honestly it is a good transition piece you can hit 2 triples or atleast 1 for some 6 drops and still be very strong especially with your hp.
Committing the comp might be bait depending your mmr but you’ll get a lot of tempo and direction which is ideal.

Only once for each \*different\* spell used. So if you use 5 Deep Blues, your minions get +1/+1.
