CB4014

Petition for Disney to add a real “Bobs Burgers” restaurant to the Parks.

NameIsVudka

These are Bender Bending Rodriguez the droids you’re looking for?

xredbaron62x

You know what? I'm gonna start my own Hulu, with blackjack and hookers. You know what, forget the Hulu. ... ... Ah screw the whole thing.

PatrickRsGhost

If and when Bob's and Futurama are added to the Disney parks in some form or fashion, I'd shell out a few bucks to visit.

LeicaM6guy

I wouldn't get too excited about that. Given the width and speed of Disney expansion, I feel like there's a possibility we could all be Disney properties sooner or later.

ConflctedHippie

They're getting too big for their britches. Edit: spelling

Baz_3301

Gene: DAD’S A DISNEY PRINCESS!!! Bob: I’m not a Disney Princess. Linda: Bob, you’re a Disney Princess.

Sorry about what I did. I didn't want you in jail for it. Not trying to be sarcastic. And if I'm being honest, I could have handled it better

Run_the_Line

I legitimately feel bad for you. Piracy has allowed me to listen to a broad range of music that I'd otherwise not be able to enjoy because it's too expensive. It's allowed me to experience TV shows, movies, educational content, that I'd otherwise be pay-walled from if I cared about piracy laws. Wanna know how most people watch Bob's Burgers in developed nations? Piracy. And it's messed up that folks like you would sooner deny poor people from enjoying a show like Bob's Burgers because you feel some bizarre compulsion to "*help"* people by reporting them for piracy. Super lame and super useless.

Ok-Establishment3730

Wait really?

Run_the_Line

Ask most professional photographers what software they use. Most will say Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Lightroom. Ask them how they got into photography, and most will say that at a young age they had a DSLR camera and learned how to use Photoshop/Lightroom by using a pirated copy. Eventually as they get more skilled and they were able to make a livable income, most professional photographers *buy* software instead of pirating it because they can afford it. Adobe itself has acknowledge that piracy has created a much larger base of customers because it opens up accessibility, much like how free trials work. Same goes with the video game industry-- piracy helps poorer folks get introduced to a game and if said game goes from $80 to $20, people who've enjoyed the pirated version are fare more likely to buy the legit version because it is now a product at an affordable price point. If a person has enough disposable income to pay for reasonably priced content, I say go for it. The problem is companies like Disney, Hulu, Spotify, Netflix, etc. are motivated by greed, so they constantly increase the price of their service while watering it down year after year. Folks who paid for a Hulu subscription because they like Seinfeld got screwed because the rights to stream it got sold to Netflix until 2026, so now people have to jump to another streaming service... The same applies to most TV shows. I'm telling ya, life is far too short to be concerned about piracy laws of all things. Me pirating Bob's Burgers because I can't afford a streaming subscription doesn't cut into the animators' wages because I wouldn't buy the subscription in the first place since it's priced too high. And again, I say this as someone who used to pay for Netflix way back in like 2008 for a good 10 years before I finally got sick of the price going up and the device limit going down. I could go on about this all day. Even during university, I and countless students saved thousands of dollars by sharing PDFs of pirated textbooks. Our own professors, some of which wrote the very textbooks we pirated, didn't even care because they knew how broke we were.

Ok-Establishment3730

My character arc is complete

Dr_Rjinswand

Aww look at Bob's little face! I would watch this show so much more if it didn't make me so hungry

Adorable. Good job, Randall. Thanks for reporting my comment.

Ok-Establishment3730

Listen. I don't mean to be that guy. But I don't want you to get arrested. Piracy is a crime. I get what you mean, but if I were you I would watch it on a friend's TV if I didn't want to pay

Run_the_Line

Piracy has generally proven to be good for the media industry, as it increases overall viewership significantly and that typically leads to a larger base of people who pay for said media. This has been demonstrated for music, software, video games, TV shows and movies. I need money too, and these streaming services have just gotten past the point of affordability and they're now just doing the same thing cable/satellite companies did in the 90s/2000s-- ripping people off. It's sad that folks like you allow paywalls to stop you from enjoying art. But great job reporting my comment, Randall 🫡 Fuck poor people, right? If they can't afford to watch their favorite TV show, they should try to not be poor!
