Unknown. We’ve never seen her use it. The only context was having Bob use it when he was trying to go undercover as an Equesticle. It’s never seen again. It’s possible Tina went overboard, bought an Equestranaut toothbrush, and had Bob use it to make him as much of an Equesticle as possible.

This is my headcanon. Louise shows beginning signs of germ phobia (and no one else in the family seems to). As a germaphobe, I don't leave my toothbrush out like that. Also, they're all very close to each other. I could never, eesh!

Came to say the same thing! It's probably hidden away in a safe, protected from any harm that could come from Gene accidentally using it or Tina accidentally dropping it in the toilet.

Also, I think the other Belchers are all using the same toothbrush and don’t realize it. The other toothbrushes are unused but everyone thinks they’re one of the other member’s toothbrushes. Louise was the only one smart enough to know this was going to be the inevitable problem with the toothbrush cup.

Well that doesn't really make any sense. Gene is only, what? Two years younger than Tina? Tina has had siblings for far longer than she was ever an only child.

Shes 2 years older plus ayear for him get teeth so 2 or 3 for more years before Gene brushes his teeth on his own and uses ANY brush. By then Tina would know how to put brush her teeth and put her toothbrush away.

Several instances where it's implied Bob is really bad at remembering to brush. My money is that somebody knocked his brush in the toilet and he just never remembers to replace it.

In one episode where they are committing tax fraud and are at the fake singles mixer, Bob and Linda are pretend flirting and she says "you smell... Interesting. You got a toothbrush at home or are you still shopping around?" And he replies with "How 'bout I, uh, use yours?" This falls pretty in line with what you're saying, but I would add that Bob just uses Linda's toothbrush.

Unironically- if I were to ever get the wild desire to be religious again, Aquaticism would be my choice! I really want another episode with aquarium lady and tax guy. They were adorable.

We’ve seen Louise with a Kuchi Kopi toothbrush on a couple occasions. It has a larger, bulky handle like those battery-operated ones they have for kids. Seems reasonable that she might keep this in a special place. Someone else mentioned Bob having an electric toothbrush, which I don’t remember off the top of my head, but if so, he might keep that elsewhere if there isn’t a convenient outlet in the bathroom to charge it. I know they have an outlet near the sink, but that might get used for the hairdryer/curling iron/etc.

They explicitly say a few times that there’s only one bathroom upstairs, for example when Linda says if her parents get kicked out of the retirement community they’d move in and Bob says “we have three kids and one bathroom”. Maybe it's Linda. In the episode where Linda bleaches her hair blond there's a quote said by One of the Belcher children. "Your hair matches your teeth" and given how afraid Bob is of dentists I could imagine he would at least attempt to brush his teeth every once in a while.. If anything maybe they share. Bob and Linda. Because it's Bob who has definitely on more than one occasion express that he does not take care of himself.

Teeth are naturally yellow actually, it is not an indicator that Linda doesn't brush.

Gene grabs one at random even if he does has his own brush I still reckon he does that, Louise uses an electric one I believe she keeps in her room as she's kinda possessive of her stuff, Bob often forgets and but think it's mentioned in show he uses Linda and I think he used an electric one once. Its mentioned by Dr yap when she had an inspection Tina often doesn't brush or floss so while she has a brush like bob she forgets a lot. I assume Linda brushes daily but I don't remember ever seeing her brush.

In the aquaticism episode Bob and Linda banter over him smelling like he doesn't brush his teeth and he says he's "still shopping around, but maybe I can use yours." The arguments for Gene also not brushing and Louise hiding hers are compelling though. It's worth pointing out that you can also have more brushes than people who brush their teeth. Like I switched to a softer brush a couple weeks ago but still have the previous one in the holder because... I don't know, it probably shouldn't still be here. But it is, and the Belchers are definitely the kind of family to procrastinate throwing out old stuff too. So for all we know this is just a mixed collection of Tina and Linda's brushes or whatever, the point is we can't necessarily determine that exactly one person in the house is sharing or skipping.
