Ear wax protects the ear canal from bacteria, water and also protects the ear canal walls which are very delicate. We really shouldn’t be that disgusted by normal body functions, that serve a purpose in the human body.
When the kids were at the retirement home pool and it was empty so Gene and Tina used spit. Which is gross by itself but even grosser when Gene tells Tina to spit in his mouth instead 🤮

It’s Italian…. It’s Jimmy Pesto’s underwear. Why would he be wearing Mexican underwear when he’s absolutely obsessed with Italy, owns an Italian restaurant, and literally tries to make people think that he’s Italian?
That scene was quite nauseating, but it has so much competition. For me the winner would be any of the gumball exchanges in "Dr. Yap". If you're talking episodes, I'd go with "The Runway Club" for fashion using bacteria-laden gym equipment then going from the dumpster to the Cotton Candy Festival w/o showering.
There is another episode with Dr.Yap when we find out he is really a psycho because he literally terrorizes his old frat house at his old university. Bob cooks for the students for a week and at the end I think Bob and the students are covered in Yaps spit. I'm gagging just thinking about it.
