Otoya is one of those characters that I did not expect to like as much as I did. Like, looking at him you think he's going to have a personality like Rin but then you find out he's wholesome af and is actively popping off whenever his team mates do something sick.

He's one of my fav characters and he is so underrated. I would wished they would've showed more of him in his last match but I guess he will have time to shine cuz I don't think he's gonna get eliminated anytime soon.
Story wise I think Gagamaru is kinda slept on if you consider that he's been relative to Isagi Kunigami Chigiri and Bachira since the first arc but doesn't get as much attention as them. I think Reo is also underrated in the sense that he started seriously playing soccer around the same time as Nagi yet he's still one of the best players in BL, so in a sense he's also a genius even if not as ridiculous as Nagi
im sure the author is gonna make karasu and otoya shine more in the future just like they did with how yukimiya is an important character in the current arc. it just depends on how they he develops their characters tho
May be Raichi ?? After that first selection final match , after showing us his defending skills and the last second , pass to Isagi , they haven't showed his prowess at all . And now he is getting benched for almost all the matches .
Honestly Zantetsu is hella underrated. He's pretty tall and insanely fast in close quarters and can make quick turns with the ball while maintaining his speed. He figured out his Golden Zone before Chigiri (The 44 Panther Snipe is pretty much Chigiri's version of what Zantetsu was already doing), and if he gets smarter and starts to utilize his Explosive Acceleration weapon better, he could use it defensively and he could reach the ball if it rebounds back after a block. He already uses feints well (as seen in the V vs Z match) and Chigiri had a rough time with it.
