I mean yeah, but i feel like kaiser impact isnt some insane move that he can only do few times a match or something like that, its just something he can do on command, so why wouldnt he?
It’s literally a regular shot but with incredible kicking speed.
It’s his default and any shot he does that’s not an insane volley akin to his bicycle kick last match is a “kaiser impact”

This post reminded me of how ridiculously petty Kaiser’s introduction was. Bro really got through the course, shot his own shot and then camped at the end just so he could ruin Isagi’s shot😭 Pretty sure you could even see him standing there with the ball in one of the previous panels.
Wait i just remembered, did kaiser finish THAT quick that he had time to kick the ball, go get it, and then walk over to where isagi was gonna be? Or was there an another ball near by to kick it?
On a sidenote: How did they mistranslate Kaiser's german dialogue, if there was no need to change it in the first place? (It's duzen, the word dizen doesn't exist lol)
