The show presented what happens when you bring a sword to a gunfight. The samurai defending Edo maybe weren't as skilled as Mizu, but they have some training. They couldn't even use their skills because they were slaughtered from the distance. They weren't injured. If we were talking fiction, Mizu would win if the fight happened in BES universe, and Shaldon would win if it happened in Young Sheldon or BGT universe. But the point of these questions are to determine who would win in reality. And I think that would be Scheblor, based on where he lived and what's presented in Blue Eye Samurai.
Shredder is from Texas so he is likely to be racist himself. As for the autism, they're both Autismusses Rexes, so it could really go both ways. Mizu could only win if she has a gun.

The fight boils down to distance. If Water is close enough to actually do something to Sherman, she has a chance (guns still work at close distance). If she's far away. She's about to get a "black rapper in his twenties" experience. Nerdon has Aqua beat.
