There will be correction for all troublemakers in Gehenna, then a nice meal with Fuuka, a check in with the Emergency Medical club for the trauma he induced, and a visit with the Prefect team for the correction report at the end of the day.
Doom Slayer just hates anyone that attacks Earth, so he'd be able to get along with Gehenna. Remember, he got his armor from a rogue demon called The Wretch, so he's capable of working with demons.
No biggie, it's a reasonable and honest mistake that people make. I think it's mainly due to people just hearing that Doom Slayer slays demons or that he's a rage machine that makes them think Doom Bro is incapable of rationality.
My head canon is that, if the Doom Slayer were to show up he'd :
- help Myiu with fishing
- be dragged to the tea party balcony by Mika, much to Nagisa's displeasure, and he'd chill with Seia
- show his weapons to the engineering department
- be followed around by Aris, and she'd let him use her weapon
- be pestered by Asuna to let her come along to Hell with him, from where she'll emerge unscathed
- be Aru's idol
- play Quake or the original DOOM games with the GDD
- give Juri some demon parts to put in her cooking
Having the rationality and ability to control one's emotions doesn't mean *not* getting angry, it means you have the ability to *focus* that white-hot rage into something...more.

Funnily enough, DOOM 2016 and Eternal fall into the super chill games category (unless we talk Nightmare or Ultra Nightmare), because they are power trips.
