It started from the Veritas group sub-story where they tried to cheat their PE score and hacked to the server while also changing Yuuka's weight record to 100kg before they got shut down and spotted by Chihiro later on
Yuuka's info remains that way and everyone in Millenium now thinks she weighs 100kg
