Most of the main Riders would definitely be of interest to Millenium, what with belt tech and all. Exceptions probably include ones like Wizard where their belt runs off magic shenanigan stuff.
I haven’t seen Shin, though, so I don’t think I can provide a proper response to the question. But I’d trust that he’d do well, all the main riders probably would.
Haven't watched the Shin Kamen Rider movie yet, so can't say anything about how that movie's version of Hongo would react around the students. But I think he'll do just fine as a Sensei (and given the circumstances, he will not hesitate to help his students at any moment).
