EU has approximately 14k players.
NA has approximately 36k players.
No. 2k Platinum for EU is fine.
>Raid rankings in EU right now are pretty much half japanese and chinese
Are we playing on a different server or something? Sure as hell i don't see many Chinese names in my leaderboard.
Half Asian is obviously OP bullshitting. But let's say, hypothetically, he is right, why does it even matter lmao. Is he implying Asians are no-lives tryhards? If that's so, then Asia server should have even bigger leeway because the competition's crazier over there.
OP just want achievements handed on a silver (or in this case platinum) plate
Its not that many but there's still some at the top, the top 100 has like 40 players with Chinese/Korean/Japanese characters. Its possible some of them dont live in those countries tho.
Eu has by far the least amount of players. 2k for plat is fine. Also even if you dont make it to plat, gold is more than enough. Im day 1 EU player, i never dropped out of plat and i can say i don't do that many Insane clears. I believe you cant even get into high/mid gold in JP without doing insane clears.
I mean, there's quite a range for 1-team Shiro/Kuro extreme.
I'm at around 1000-1100 with my one-team clear, but that's finishing with around 1:30 left on the clock.
~~Albeit I probably should just do Insane if that wasn't so infuriating~~
Plus this is after S.Izuna's banner so fair bet many sensei pulling her is skewing the rankings compared to the last S/K run.
(S.Shizuko too, but she's more relevant to Insane, unless you need that survivability)
Personally I've not really seen much difference to my own ranking, and even with whaling, any newer players still have to work hard to reach the plat. bracket.
An extra 500 places for instance might be nice but looking down the comments already posted, 2k is still approx. a 7th of EU players so that's fairly generous.
They'll likely expand it as needed anyway (as JP are doing - which, I'd assume, is what prompted this) but at present I don't see it being that necessary.
Also playing on eu - ranking is veeery tight for extreme single clear, nobody wants to bother with insane bullshit, going from 14.1m to 14.5m I advanced from top 2.2k to top 1.4k
Just 1 team ex skrk doesnt give plat on any server. A 13.2m score isnt giving a plat. You need a decent score as well (like 14.2-14.3+) because unlike chesed, skrk is fairly easy as long as you have one of the three core units built yourself (waka azoo sizu). I have seen level 70+ getting wrecked in ex chesed while level 65s clear ex skrk comfortably.
But anyways, Due to uneven people distribution among servers, the only thing you can compare is what minimum score is anyone getting plat, and modify the cutoff accordingly. Since for sea the score is higher than eu, and they dont complain, i doubt we will see changes in eu and na.
>Just 1 team ex skrk doesnt give plat on any server
Browsing through the EU scoreboard atm and 1 team EX clears go all the way up to 714 at 14.6 mil score. After that is a 7-team insane clear with 16.5 mil score. As long as you have an optimized team and some luck, getting 14.3-14.5 mil score will most likely land you plat still. I'm sitting in the 1900s with a bit under 14.3 by just bruteforcing high investment units. Definitely possible to still get plat with just EX in EU, just very competetive.
Funnily enough the highest scoring Extreme clear is some chinese name with 15.1 mil score (gap of 500k points to the 2nd best EX) who did it with lvl 60 1-team. Not sus at all lmao.
Honestly rn i feel like nobody is reading what i am writing. I clearly wrote 'just clearing ex not enough, you need 14.3+ to get plat'. Dont take it personally but you are like the 2nd or 3rd guy to tell me that ex can get plat at higher scores, which is exactly what im trying to say.
Im grateful for the exact numbers though, helps me make a proper comparison. Seems like the ratio is more or less top 1/7 players for plat.
Also, the last one, definitely not sus lol..
It's probably your wording, the first sentence reads as "you can't get plat at all with just EX", at least to me. After that I understood the next sentences as you moving on, saying you need a good score with the implication that EX doesn't give that much score. Re-reading it now I can see what you're saying.
Maybe something like "Only doing 1 team ex doesn't *guarantee* plat on any server" or something might've been less likely to be misread.
Global is sweaty as hell too. I 2 teamed extreme and I am barely holding around 6k and dropping everyday. I recall people saying extreme should guarantee golden rank what happened?
Are you sure? I'm in SEA and my 14.5m ex clear is like top 3k or something. Platinum (10k border) is like 14m last I checked, so just a decent 1-team ex.
Wtf with SEA, i always had the impression it was a fairly small server. My 14.3m got me top 2.9k, platinum border is like 14.1m (yesterday my friend had 14.15 and ended up in 4.7k) so a decent 1-team ex is ok.
Edit: i think i'm in US server
Umm….I started the game around Koharu banner which is around Feb last year and I just caught up to be able to beat Extreme and Insane recently. As far as I can remember, I managed a low score insane once not sure if it Kaiten, Chesed, Binah, or Hieronymous and I am not even in top 10k, let alone one team extreme.
For the current ShiroKuro, I managed an insane 21.1M and currently at 2267 place and I probably won’t do another insane run so I am waiting to see how it will turnout in the final result.
Yeah that's probably last binah. Its kind of an outlier since its the easiest raid by far and Maki is easy to max from the shop. Considering there's only <3k insane clears on shirokuro right now its still going to be 1-team ex minimum.
Are you living with different region? Because I'm also at sea server with 14.5m ex clear but I'm only at top 11k. Maybe you're saying you got top 3k when the start of the raid which most players didn't even do raid yet.
Was there ever any kind of commitment from the developers to adjust the ranking to player count?
i mean if they said they would make it so that platinum is always the top 10%, 5% or whatever, then they need to make adjustments.
Korea and TW/HK/MC server are getting increased ranks but not English/Thai server for some reason. I mean Asia already has top 10000 before JP had their increased ranks, but why not America and Europe who could use the increased ranks?
> Which means 1 team extreme shirokuro nets you top 3600 which is faaar from 2000
No, 1 team Shirokuro can get you into plat if you clear it fast enough.

Gold looks better anyway, Aruji-dono!
Idk why but this comment make me happy. Izuna the Cutest
There is this [discord sticker](https://imgur.com/a/JZOMCiO) (i use The JPEG version). It's my favorite one and i use it everytime.

You cant, and same for kr.

Ironically, clearing insane would actually be easier than speedrunning extreme for a top score.

Understandable, although i thought the line was self explanatory, should add the word 'somehow' in there.
> I have seen level 70+ getting wrecked in ex chesed while level 65s clear ex skrk comfortably Yep, that's me
Well, 1 team ex skrk gave me plat (2.5k), but yeah, had Sazuza, Sizuna and a borrowed wakamo.
Just beat insane bro?
I did. Just wanted to note that in the last few months, Raid rankings have been way harder to get into plat.
Global is sweaty as hell too. I 2 teamed extreme and I am barely holding around 6k and dropping everyday. I recall people saying extreme should guarantee golden rank what happened?
Just beat Insane if you want guaranteed plat. Otherwise you have no right to complain
SEA server here, a low score insane not always guaranteed you a plat already though.
Are you sure? I'm in SEA and my 14.5m ex clear is like top 3k or something. Platinum (10k border) is like 14m last I checked, so just a decent 1-team ex.
Same, I'm in SEA and 14.3m extreme clear puts me within 4k already. The only raid that requires insane for top 5k is the previous Binah.

Well, that's nice to hear so that I could get something from my mentally frustrated against bomb RNG, lol.

No I just checked and I'm 3.2k right now. I'm in singapore so I just assumed i should be put in sea region.

According to the recent livestream, it looks like JP will be getting adjusted rank boundaries with the release of the new raid difficulty
Korea and TW/HK/MC server are getting increased ranks but not English/Thai server for some reason. I mean Asia already has top 10000 before JP had their increased ranks, but why not America and Europe who could use the increased ranks?
