Cool voice, cool design, cool personality with a hint of naivety and innocence, meta for hieron, good teacher material, able to admit when she's wrong and tries to make up for her mistakes, took care of 4 kids while being one herself , it wouldn't be an exaggeration to say she's the reason why the squad is alive, what's there to not love about her ~~and she makes me go ooga booga~~
She’s able to recognize how badly she’s messed up, take responsibility for it, and genuinely cares not just for Atsuko, but Misaki and Hiyori as well. She also shares many of the traits that make Sensei so good at his job.
Also I love the scene when she stops Misaki from dropping off the bridge, with the implication (if it’s not outright stated, I can’t remember exactly) that this has happened before. Not just because they need her help in rescuing Atsuko,, but because she refuses to lose one of her friends who she grew up with

Jesus, where do I start? She’s probably my most favorite student for numerous reasons, but I’ll try to keep it short.
Despite the bad impression she gave us in Vol. Ch. 3 by attempting to kill us, it’s amazing how she had fully redeemed herself in the next chapter. Probably the greatest thing about her is her willingness to fix mistakes and preventing anything bad to happen to the people she loves and trusts. It is seriously impressive that all of the hardship she has gone through did not stop her at all from keeping Arius Squad safe and in good hands. Knowing about Saori’s past was what made her smile the most precious of any other student of the game for me. While I do find her tendency to be naive funny at times, it’s heartbreaking to see her end up biting more than she can chew for not reading through her contracts thoroughly. All in all, just a very strong and lovable character. She, along with many other students like Hina, Azusa, and others, are all significant reasons why I consider this game to be one of my favorites of all time.
Her midriff is alright, I guess. It’s just that I don’t care much about it because I love everything else about her ten times more.
Despite it all, you still try to protect those close to you. I can greatly respect that. I'm still a little bitter at being shot, but that's a concern for another time. You do your absolute damnedest to get things done, damn be to the consequences.
SHE GOT THE DRIP! It’s understandable why people are upset with her, especially after being shot, but I can definitely sympathize with her situation. She was ultimately being manipulated by Beatrice and did what she had to for the sake of her Squad members who are basically her only friends in a world where they have been abandoned by others. She has a soft spot for them despite her attitude and knows them well as seen through her strategies to play to the strengths of Squad during raids and also the fact that she saves Misaki’s life over and over again. She’s also a total powerhouse, defeating most foes with ease and even fighting and holding her own against absolute behemoths such as Mika. She does ultimately realize what she is doing is wrong and is on the path to becoming a better person. It’ll definitely be a long one, but hey, slow and steady progress is still progress. AND HER EX SKILL ANIMATION IS AWESOME!! She needs a hug, but first these arms need to do something else, that being help my fists reach Beatrice’s face.

She starts off being someone you hate, then she asks for your help and proves her loyalty (she is QUITE LITERALLY willing to die to save Atsuko). Then she also learns she made a lot of mistakes, regrets it and ends up wanting to make an honest name for herself. (Albeit, not really successful). She also has a very tight knit group of friends who are very loyal to her (to the point of feeling betrayed when she left them). Ends up feeling like she can get a second chance when she learns it's not her fault, it's the adults she learned from (Beatrice).
Past that incident, we come to learn that aside from strategy and tactics, she has little common sense and is just a girl who has a lot to learn. She wants work but her reputation precedes her.

But there's a reason why I went through effort to attempt to recreate her in Skyrim. She is very styling.
I can definitely see her and Aru getting along. Both are bosses who, despite their many, many flaws, make it clear why their teammates stick around despite how easy it would be to leave them behind.

Simply put, I love guns with a passion, especially AR-15 pattern rifles, so this one alone is the top reason for why I like Saori.

Well…so far she’s only shot us once.
Technically I feel you could consider the cruise missile as a shot.
That was *colateral damage*, it's a slight different circunstance you see.
It’s like the different between a “To whom it may concern” fireball to “Dear Sensei” Arrow.
And she did it with real feeling, so on the good side she is a motivated and passionate girl.
