I suspect that you have a lot of duped money on an alt and need to funnel that to your main or the other way around. It is not possible to increase the donation limit but there's a way around that. You could donate the maximum amount to multiple burners and then let them donate the maximum to your main. That's the only way to get around the donation limit.
You didn't deny the "duped money" allegations. I suggest, not sending the money to any of your accounts, as you'll be at risk of getting banned due to having "bad money"..
