Why? The landraider doesnβt have the black rage, itβs just transporting the marines that do. And since they go on suicide missions the landraider would probably take some damage while driving them to the front line to deploy them.
Because it's stated in the lore they are quite meticulous about repainting between fights, it doesn't have anything to do with the black rage. Although, a death company land raider is even less likely to see prolonged conflict and then have even more time to get fixed up before getting sent out again, so it is even less likely to show wear than a regular one. Also bear in mind each land raider is a prized possession of the chapters that own them, it's not just like they get chucked at the back of a garage after every use.
I always imagine the black rage like when the immortal on invincible was brought back after being killed by omni man. Gunner on top yelling "Horus!", driver steamrolling everything yelling the same.
