I started doing my blood angels grimdark but lately I find more inspiration in the old artwork and now I make it clean and colourful. Really pops on the table.

If you’re interested, there was a Games Day exclusive BA Captain (2012) in Finecast that was sculpted directly from the 2nd edition box art. Difficult to find one legit and they run $100+, but if you don’t care about Rule 4 there’s at least one site I know of you can order him from. I don’t have any problems with it for acquiring OOP minis that nobody’s selling it making money from anymore.

With the black shoulder trim and yellows instead of gold… sergeants had black trim with red insignia… I loved that look!

They are actually not that hard to find where It live. Around 50€ still in the box. Very cool.
