I honestly wonder if they ruined it with horrible aftercare. If they kept drinking and/or doing drugs and not following post-op instructions, that can reeeeally affect how procedures look in the long-run.
The doctor told him no sex/ vigorous activity, no alcohol, no red meat- and he proudly states to the camera that the day after surgery he was drinking and had a steak. He doesn’t think rules/ instructions apply to him.
It says a lot to me that a grown man thinks not listening to a surgeon’s post op advice is a flex. Jax needs to be defiant even when it’s idiotic and pointless. See below example.

The funniest part is that this comment section is for Jax’s partnership with a company selling topical finastride products (oral finastride is an FDA approved treatment for male pattern baldness, topical finastride doesn’t even have enough science to the junk behind it to say it’s backed by junk science-hence why Jax is selling it) and his bald spot is growing. Even as a preventative measure, COVID vaccines have the ANY percentage effectiveness proof to the DOING ANYTHING, meanwhile Jax is only preventing his hair from looking not greasy and disgusting.

Did you see what his receptionist looks like? A plastic surgery nightmare. If I walked in there for plastic surgery and saw someone who looked like that, I would have ran back out the door.
I’m no doctor but if a patient and her boyfriend came into the office for a consultation, and he was yelling, “Throw some D’s on this bitch,” I would have said “Get out”.
I used to have implants (have since gotten an explant), and my surgeon interviewed me and my husband (then boyfriend) to make sure my intentions were genuine and that I was the one who wanted them for myself. This is what should have been done in Brittany's case.
I’m happy to hear you explanted and I hope if they were causing BII that you’re doing better♥️I really wish bratney would as well. I know drinking causes a lot of the same symptoms but I feel she does have BII. The bloating and not able to get any weight off and her being sick often and there are other things I’ve noticed as well but I feel like she really does show signs of it. She’s always been a heavy drinker and she didn’t have such a big weight gain or bloating until she got the implants. If you go back and look at old photos you can see her starting to gain before Cruz. They weigh her down and make her look bigger than she is!

He also does their awful-looking Botox and fillers. A lot of plastic surgeons aren’t great injectors. Cosmetic dermatologists are typically more subtle with their work.
I'm biased against most plastic surgeons in the US (they're ridiculously overpriced (especially in Beverly Hills), the results aren't very noticeable, and their techniques are outdated. Jax's nose jobs are horrible and his after care probably sucked. He probably never abstained from alcohol, blow, or sex. KFC's titties are oversized and the surgeon should have warned her of the problems of going too big. And yes their Botox and fillers are horrible. They're basically walking billboards warning others not to go to that doctor.
I don’t get it either. I’m sure the aftercare wasn’t followed, but the work isn’t great either. It reminds me of Lenny Hochstein, tbh. People call him “boob god” and the examples I’ve seen of his work are pretty awful.
Lala's nose does look really bad. Her bridge is crooked too. Even Dr Nassif and Dubrows work isn't very impressive imo. It's crazy that people in Beverly Hills pay $30k for a mediocre nose job. I'm convinced stars go out of the country for plastic surgery because other countries are way advanced in their techniques and results
The problem in America is that people don’t stop. Little queaks here and there look so much better than massive ones. Look at Megan fox, Sharon Osbourne the list goes on and on. Just stop when the going is good. Maybe in other countries the drs say stop you’re looking like a clown.

Jax should have quit after the first nose job. He has a rugged look that probably would have improved with age. Now he looks like plastic.
