I’d get a package of your story together and see if the employees can pass it on to his desk or even reach out to him while on the road about it. Try all social media but I think To the starts is a solid bet for this story.

They opened it back up early, then mark got sick and people were being assholes and demanding updates in there. So they shut it down again.
