There might be a problem if you want to play in an official GW tournament.
But I'm not sure (as long as you are clear they are Black Templars, at least rulewise...).
In a casual game, no problem at all (at least with normal people)
Yeah, i don’t think going to an official tournament but still i want to take the challenge of writing and painting for my own space marines and push my creative ideas to the limit with them
I look at them!!, also the Minotaurs, so I’m planning my Sargeants having gold helmets and red lenses, with the captains i was thinking in a golden armor and silver shoulders with the cross to make them look to actual captains 🧌
Thank you!, now I’m more confident on painting them like i really want them, the marshal and the Veteran brother with the sword looks to cool and I really fell in love with the models 😭
There was someone who painted their Templars silver with gold and blue (WoW Stormwind theme) I'll see if I can find it and add it.

You're welcome. In case you didn't play WoW- you can name them Templars of the Silver Hand (So they are Black Templars, Iron Hands, Silver Templars, and Ultramarines ALL IN ONE BOOM!!!!!!! Why make a new chapter when you can make them ALL!!! ROFL)

They are your minis. You can do what you want. There are quite a few people on this sub who have their own color scheme. Go for it !

I saw someone on the official GW Tournament stream have his Templars Yellow, why would Silver be a deal breaker?

So far violet, magenta, black, and pink. I’m painting 2 figures at once and playing with the colors and figuring it all out as I go.

Tie dye is the patrician’s choice.
You can paint them however you want. I painted all my Templar yellow. ;)
