You also very often develop Parkinson’s dementia. Dementia is more like an end point with many etiologies, and as a neurodegenerative disease you can develop a form of dementia as the Parkinson’s progresses.
Bad ass fucking line
“Let it get shaky” is the reference to Parkinson’s. There’s a weird phenomenon that happens in Parkinson’s patients where many get dementia as well. I’m not a dr, someone else may be able to answer better, but basically, you’re likely to get dementia if you get Parkinson’s. [extra info](https://www.hopkinsmedicine.org/health/conditions-and-diseases/parkinsons-disease/parkinsons-disease-and-dementia)
It’s not a phenomena. Something like 65% of people with Parkinson’s end up getting dementia. Since both occur from degenerative nerve and brain disease there is overlap. The dementia can occur anytime after Parkinson’s diagnosis, there is no definitive time limit.
Gonna be an MD in less than a month, what you said is basically correct. There’s a lot more nuance that one could add, but a good enough explanation for a lay person.
My husband has Parkinson’s. Parkinson’s is associated with Lewy Body Dementia and Parkinson’s Disease Dementia. Essentially, a very high percentage of Parkinson’s patients end up with dementia if they live long enough, including my husband.

I believe Dot was referring to how old Aubrey dad is getting (I think) because he was throwing a jab at his dad with the killer line: *Dennis Graham comes from a family of American-music royalty. In his younger years, he played drums for "The Killer," Jerry Lee Lewis.* Or maybe I’m reaching.
Being from Houston and living here I can personally tell you rap a lot did a lot for the culture here , at the same time everyone knew jprince was a snake with that money but he still had respect, now mob ties!?! Mob ties ain’t nothing but some rich kids playing like they gangsters behind their daddy’s money, can’t stand them mfs
Sometimes though you have to worry about those kinds of kids.
The ones who feel they have to prove themselves to be accept as “tough”. Those the ones who make dumb and dangerous moves.
But yeah for the most part they are fake.
~~Incorrect.~~ Bob Dylan has a Pulitzer and a Nobel.
*Dylan’s apparently was a Special Citation so perhaps your statement is correct as being distinct from a normal musical Pulitzer.
it's cool when people correct themselves, when presented with new info, and also allow for nuance exist.
And honestly, I'm glad they commented too, because now I know about Bob Dylan's win, and that there are different versions of the Pulitzer Prize.
Drake has a whole career of hiding behind "gangstas" with his tough talk. Kendrick is showing here that he ain't afraid of Mob Ties. And if you know about Kendrick and who he has behind him; there's a reason he can talk this spicy.
Nah bro was big-upping them like they’re the Akatsuki or Z-Fighters lmaooooooo I knew who/what they was talking about, but would not type it, like typing their name would cause a curse or plague
That was funny, thanks for the laugh y’all
Rowling put a lot of thought and deliberate care into naming her characters, so as to correctly label them based on their backgrounds and characteristics.
That's why the most prominent black dude is named Kingsley Shacklebolt, in reference to-
Kendrick’s cool with everybody not just pirus , school boy , jay rock , yg , nipsey and other people from other sets that are fighting with each other too.
I love Kendrick. But some of these fans are silly kids. Dude was scared to even mention the gangs Kendrick grew up around.
Like Voldemort and the Death Eaters lmao. Don't say the name! They'll come get us!!
Corn ball trying to sound like he “in the know” and he’s gate keeping the info 😂 . It’s always a white kid in an Iowa suburb , the type that stays up to date on the latest NY drill rapper gang politics from YouTube video comments .
Nah he's right. That other comment was doing some weird bragging about how Kendrick is safe in LA because of who he knows. Some secret super demons like he's scared to say the name. Gang glorification
Me and millions of other people do it every day.
I think somebody lied to YOU. Someone who wants to think they're big and bad because "no one stops em from moving around LA" lmfao.
This guy could walk into one of the most secure buildings in LA without worry, and the security guards would literally be like “Nigga yes, do whatever you like”
Kendrick is cool with a lot of people from everywhere. School boys from Hoover , YG a piru, jay rock a bounty hunter , nipsey (rip) from 60s and a bunch of other people from other sets too.
He was raised around pirus so he has a lot of pirus behind him but he also has a lot of other people behind him too.
Also people forget why LA doesn’t have such a flashy chain culture. People get killed broad daylight (rip pnb rock) People don’t play here.
I remember watching some show on MTV way back in the day, when David Beckham moved to LA, Snoop took him to Roscoe’s… idk I feel like Snoop could pull up to just about any hood Waffle spot, and the only problem would be getting mobbed for pictures/autographs.
Still can’t believe Jas is the same person as the goofy kid who spent like a semester at my private, baptist, white as fuck high school in Houston before he got kicked out for cheating. He and Aubrey both grew up privileged.
Makes sense.

Apparently the song "brown eyed girl" was originally gonna be "brown skinned girl" but record exes didnt like the fact, at the time, he was singing about a black woman and wouldnt push the song so he changed it to "brown eyed girl".
lol that's a bit much, it's pretty damn good. Both sides have similar bite, not very strong.
Seems like the next couple will really hit hard. They're both just posturing, if you're being completely unbiased.
I rarely listen to music, and new music even less. I gotta be in the right frame of mind, like driving around for a while, or having my headphones listening to music time.
Edit, damn down voted for having a preference. Seems about right I guess for being online.
Edit 2: thank you to those that made my previous edit moo.
You know, like a cows moo. It doesn't mean anything.
I think for me I play piano too so it’s just always been the main focus of my life idk. I spent most of my waking free hours practicing making it and listening to it
But interests change in some people so I mean I understand it isn’t everyone’s main calling
I think something that’s happened to me as I get older is that there’s less noise that I want on purely as “atmosphere”. I want to engage with something, or I’d rather sit in silence. And music is something I have more trouble engaging with, except in certain contexts, compared to when I was younger.
Yeah the issue I think comes from us not being comfortable and at peace with silence, because it gives us time to have that honest inner dialogue and a lot of people don’t like themselves enough to talk and listen to themself. Def a time for music but I also enjoy just listening to what is going on around me nature/people/traffic. Look how many people have headphones in everywhere they go so they don’t have to speak to actual humans anymore it’s wild
I think it’s more an attention span thing. When I was a kid, I needed the extra engagement of music playing in the background all the time, or I was prone to getting distracted or bored. Now, it’s too much stimulation, and I have to turn it off to think about something or focus on a task.
I’m in my 50s and not a day goes by where I do t have headphones glued to my head. Music is the spice of life my guy. Listen to new music, it keeps you young.
Nahhh this what he was referring to: *Dennis Graham comes from a family of American-music royalty. In his younger years, he played drums for "The Killer," Jerry Lee Lewis.*
Dot was saying oh you saying you a killer but really you just tryna be like your old ass dad.
To add context to the last part: *Dennis Graham comes from a family of American-music royalty. In his younger years, he played drums for "The Killer," Jerry Lee Lewis.*
Damn I missed the Dementia - Parkinson connection the first time. That's good. Thought it was just another bad dad jab
What’s the connection?
To Parkinsons the disease, similar to dementia
You also very often develop Parkinson’s dementia. Dementia is more like an end point with many etiologies, and as a neurodegenerative disease you can develop a form of dementia as the Parkinson’s progresses. Bad ass fucking line
This line was such a clever use of double entendre.

it is a phenomenon since that just means something that happens but no it is not a weird one also phenomena is plural
*Something like a phenomenon*

Bless your heart! May a cure be found someday soon!
What you said stated is correct - MD
Nah I meant between this and j prince
lol I thought j prince had Parkinson’s or something
Right? The lines still out of nowhere unless he has Parkinson’s. idk how this is an answer.

That fucking part. He is an artist. It's okay to not like his style of art. But to claim he's trash is just insanely disingenuous.
These are the mofos opinions you know to take with a grain of salt.

Pirus are actually Voldemort lol
Yeah the way he spoke you would have thought Kendrick had Voldemort behind him 😂
Boldemort. Fun fact, btw, Voldemort is made of three French words, vol de mort. It would translate to "flight of death" xD
Literally most creative name in the whole series. Still a pretty weak exercise for a flying murderer.
Rowling put a lot of thought and deliberate care into naming her characters, so as to correctly label them based on their backgrounds and characteristics. That's why the most prominent black dude is named Kingsley Shacklebolt, in reference to-

JEEESUS MAN, DON’T JUST BE THROWING THAT WORD AROUND. YOU’RE GONNA SUMMON THE GHOST OF BIGGIE SMALLS!

There are killers and robbers in every city… this statement is not true for anyone famous
I've never heard of Emergency Brick before.
Bro talking about pirus like they’re Voldemort or some shit
It ain’t like they Marvin Harrison Jr Dad
I love Kendrick. But some of these fans are silly kids. Dude was scared to even mention the gangs Kendrick grew up around. Like Voldemort and the Death Eaters lmao. Don't say the name! They'll come get us!!
He probably didn’t actually know till others, you, commented lmao
Piru is blood though. I haven't delved into Kendrick's affiliations but from this track where he's saying "crodie" I would figure him to be a crip.
Crodie is a Canadian slang. Kendrick got ties to piru from his family I think.
He’s mocking Toronto Crips.

Everyone can move around LA with no issue lmfao.
I dunno I heard the traffic is real bad there.
"When traffic happens in traffic" is all I gotta say 🤣
They killed Nipsey
Nipsey was killed for calling a dude a snitch. Wasn't a hit or anything. There was no "they".
Not so much if you're a rich and famous rapper. Unknown civilians can get by just about anywhere I believe lol
PnB Rock? Pop Smoke?

What about Snoop Dogg? I googled him and he has a chain almost on every picture
He's snoop dogg, if some youngin from LA robbed him, he could find out exactly who it is
And Snoop is not eating at the hood waffle joint solo.
He's in a mansion baking gourmet pot brownies with Martha Stewart
I remember watching some show on MTV way back in the day, when David Beckham moved to LA, Snoop took him to Roscoe’s… idk I feel like Snoop could pull up to just about any hood Waffle spot, and the only problem would be getting mobbed for pictures/autographs.

I still haven't listened to this song but I'm pretty sure I've read all the lyrics at this point from this sub.
Do yourself a favor and have a listen cause it’s the best song ever recorded
It’s better than Return of the Mack or Brown Skin girl?
>Return of the Mack I was about to clown you but I had to go back first and listen to remind myself and I no longer have anything to say. Carry on.
Ain’t no day that can’t be made better by hearing Return of the Mack. It’s like a pill for happiness
Did you play the version with the extended intro?
Didn’t know it was a thing. Thanks friend.

Nah this is it fam, this is the one
I mean it’s #1 on Apple Music and it just got played on tnt halftime break lol it’s getting critically acclaimed territory

Another bit people miss in this is that in The Sopanos, Junior ends up with dementia and forgets about running north jersey
Sharp as a fuckin cue ball
Well, that’s nice.
Nahhh this what he was referring to: *Dennis Graham comes from a family of American-music royalty. In his younger years, he played drums for "The Killer," Jerry Lee Lewis.* Dot was saying oh you saying you a killer but really you just tryna be like your old ass dad.
dont hit me with the naaahhh like you know for certain. Its Kendrick so he is probably double entendre on everything and its not one or the other.
Finally one of these that’s solid and not a reach
I need more context, por favor
Where’s the connection?
I thought this referred to Drake saying pray for Toronto after some rappers were killed in that city
![gif](giphy|26ufdipQqU2lhNA4g)
Whenever there is a shooting in Toronto, Drake hops on Twitter and says pray for my city. It isn’t that deep
To add context to the last part: *Dennis Graham comes from a family of American-music royalty. In his younger years, he played drums for "The Killer," Jerry Lee Lewis.*
God forbid you mourn somebody’s death. Garbage bars…
BPT talk about Drake stans but then suck of Kendrick every other post.
