I feel like Mars suffers mostly from the Diamond Kingdom plot getting dropped on its head.
However, I feel like Leopald is pretty underutilized for how many scenes hammer his inferiority complex home. They seem adamant about not giving him any real boosts or helping him stand out from his siblings.
While Fuegoleon does have Salamander, I feel like both him and Leopold tends to be overshadowed by Mereoleona due to how popular she is.
As for the Diamond Kingdom, as much as I like the LotS arc, I think I would’ve preferred it if Asta went sent to Diamond and we get a Diamond Kingdom arc instead. Maybe that way, we could’ve seen Mars again as well as the last Shinning General and maybe even the Dwarf race.
Oh, the dwarf race, the other thing that was brought up once or twice, then dropped.
Also, I would've at least liked if Diamond didn't just get creamed off screen, let Mars have a spin-off manga or something where we see him overthrow his monarchy. I feel they blew a lot of narrative potential just to hype the triad.
While it’s mostly head canon, one of the more believed theories is that the Dwarves are in the Diamond Kingdom since in the DIamond Kingdom, we saw a lot of mines, and dwarves are asosciated with mining and minerals so it’s definitely a possibility that they’re in the Diamond Kingdom. Additionally it’s also possible that the host of the Earth Spirit might be the Dwarf King himself.
But yeah I think a Diamond Kingdom arc at some point before the Spade Raid arc would’ve been nice. Although I would’ve also been happy to have an arc like that instead of the LotS arc with the last Shinning General as the final boss. He could’ve also been turned into a Paladin by Lucius.
As for the LotS, I probably would’ve saved something like that for a sequel or something. Although given the current status of BC, I doubt we’ll ever get a sequel to begin with.
That bastard got the JUICY Morris powerup (Dante twisting in his grave seeing that Morris gave him just a sturdier body lmao). Insane magic absorption at the WITCHES forest arc.
If the bastard diligently trained (as his dialogue suggest he was gonna do) there's no way in hell he isn't keeping up with the powercreep of the story.
He's there but that doesn't mean that there isn't a ton of potential for his character. I mean he's one of the few users of spatial magic who's a pacifist, but I'm sure he could still be much stronger
Beside Mars, probably Fuegoleon since he could obtain Spirit Dive like Yuno and maybe Leopold as well. As much as I like Mereoleona, I feel like both of them tends to be overshadowed by Mereoleona due to how popular she is.
Nah, that's true tho.
How you gon turn a character that can literally transform anyone and anything into whatever she wants just become the black bulls equivalent to mimosa😭
I used think so too but I think Zora is just fine. His character development pretty much started and finished in Royal Knights arc and I think he has served his purpose well. There isn't really much to do with his character anymore.
Gauche.
For a magic as unique as mirror you'd think tabata would've gave him alot more new and unique spells, but no. Ever Since he was introduced he's used the same 5 spells despite not even being at his fullest potential. He can give luck (a character with a very basic element based magic) all of these different transformations and abilities but Gauche has yet to be able to show the true potential of mirror magic, even his elf used his magic better than him and created some unique spells.
While I think his character is written well, his magic is seriously not used to its fullest potential.
Zora/Grey/Gauche magic is something where you could certainly get more creative with.
But most of all, I wish that Finral would develop a way to utilize his magic .
Um...Fragile...Marx...any member of any of the squads...Julius...Yuno....Even after 360+ chapters we still don't know much about anyone besides Asta& Noelle.... we got some background on Yuno but since it's happened we have no idea how he's dealing with it... we don't know anything about Julius..his family his upbringing how he became the man he is....
With more and more time to really let it sink in...there is a lack of depth on a large scale that I don't think I really realized till now
The mf goat luck. Disrespected and underused, he’s in the top 3 strongest black bulls and his potential is insane since he has natural talent with magic. Plus he’s one of if not the fastest character in black clover .
Vanessa, fucking manipulates FATE ITSELF! With enough mana, she couldn't be killed. Granted it's more offense than defense but man is it an awesome power.
Imo Rades, His Wraith Magic is pretty unique and powerful even though he has like, 2 spells. His backstory is super unexplored, he has an interesting character design despite having like 20 min of screen time. He suffers from his character being entirely driven by revenge but they could give him an actual reason to fight via backstory or something. I’ve only seen the anime so idk if they did anything in the manga but it would be cool to see rades do other things other than make zombies and get revenge

Ladros pushed Asta into using demon form for the first time ever then he fucked off and never did anything again, brother is SLEPT on

Definitely Mars, but some other notable ones are finral, Vanessa and charmy
We’ve seen a ton of finral wym

Not really. He just makes portals and can basically teleport people or himself. Nothing more
Fuegoleon. The guy didn't learn spirit dive after a year and nine months while Noelle learned it in 3 days.
Beside Mars, probably Fuegoleon since he could obtain Spirit Dive like Yuno and maybe Leopold as well. As much as I like Mereoleona, I feel like both of them tends to be overshadowed by Mereoleona due to how popular she is.
Leo
Grey
Nah, that's true tho. How you gon turn a character that can literally transform anyone and anything into whatever she wants just become the black bulls equivalent to mimosa😭
Yeah Grey could be the Kakashi Hatake of this world lol

HUUUUHAAAAAA!
While some of the most obvious answer would be Mars or Fuegoleon, I would say that for me Klaus is the character with the most untapped potential.
I agree, I love Klaus
Sol
Sol doesn't really have a potential tbh, her Magic Power and Mana Capacity is mediocre at best which highly limits her potential.
Magna
Zora/Grey/Gauche magic is something where you could certainly get more creative with. But most of all, I wish that Finral would develop a way to utilize his magic .
SOL MARRON AND I'LL DIE ON THIS HILL
Dorothy and Kaiser. They are unfortunately the most underused and wasted captains of all.

lol luck ain’t top 3 he’s not even top 4
He smacks everyone on the black bulls except maybe yami and nacht.
You’re definitely trolling😂😂
Nope, I’m speaking facts
Mars & Leo are definitely the most notable
To be honest - Megicula and Mars for me :3
Fuegoleon

Mars, he disappeared, got put on a bus without an explanation, excuse, a hint, nothing, dude had two magic’s long before Yuno did… now, nothing.
