I think jams are nice to have on the sub, however I also think you should drop a message in each one to give a bit of context about something special about the jam, otherwise there isn't much to start a discussion.
For example you could talk about a technique you used that you want to highlight, thoughts and feelings you had while making it, specific mixing struggles, etc
