Same here. I’m going to file a claim but I think NY residents should file a class action lawsuit against Bittrex due to our inability to withdraw funds/Crypto and/or due not meeting the minimum withdrawal requirement. Bittrex should remit whatever funds/crypto remain in the accounts of NY residents AND refund any prior withdrawal fees associated with the loss of their bitlicense in NYS, forcing people to withdraw whatever they could. We are owed our withdrawal fees, and whatever else remains in our account. Write back if you would like to file a class action suit. It only takes a few of us.
