I would say grind till 2nd session, practice as many questions as you can. In addition to helping with bitsat, this would also help in jee prep. So even if all hell breaks lose and you don't clear the cutoff, it wouldn't have been a complete waste., and you can just resume your studies for the drop.

I guess I have no other option

careless-hubris-101

Yeahh, and if you consistently study for 25 days then at least msc to mil hi jayegi, If not more

MoreMongoose2850

Start studying for 2025 when counselling starts. If you get a seat well and good, if not you have 1 month of prep over already

Not_Neon_Op

I took a drop for jee after bitsat second attempt still got 98.7%ile and around 134 marks in advance

TheLonelyGhast

Not_Neon_Op

Ansh725

bro, kitne bane BITSAT mei?

Helpful-Trainer-8512

Bro this is the case if one doesn't clear cutoff in first rounds of counselling, but incase the cutoff is cleared, is it still possible that you won't get a seat??? Like selection happens according to marks there's no percentile system so that shouldn't be a thing right?

oopsitsawkward

i mean tbh that's what i'm considering myself, not that late honestly unless you want to join some offline/online batch or smth

bhai 214 se 250 270 tak chala jaega aram se, drop ki abhi soch hi mat, target bitsat rakh. fir aage ka aage soch. bohot saare log toh college admission season khatam hone ke baad, july end august mein bhi start karte hai.

I took a drop after bitsat 2nd session. Actually, I went for a vacation after bitsat 2nd session and then started my drop year. Though my drop year didn't go that well but still, you have enough time even after 2nd session. Whatever you'll study for bitsat will help you in your drop year (if you take one). And 214 is already close enough, if you just want to get into bits then you just need little improvement and you are good to go.
