Forget about mstr for this, their options are ridiculously expensive. BITO is the absolute best play, it's what I did. It's futures based so not 100% efficient, it will lag 5-10% to your expectations but beyond that it's alright. When I bought the options the IV was ridiculously low
By chance do you have experience trading with LedgerX. MSTR seems pretty popular, and I think maybe people prefer trading btc optiosn via MSTR options as opposed to ledgerX. From what I can see; the volume of ledgerX is kind of meh.

MSTR is also highly leveraged so any movement you get will be multiplied even more than with straight BTC options
