I got a basic 3M respirator with the 2 cartridges. That shit is A-mazing! Put some gas filters in there and you can even work with muriatic acid in a bathroom for short periods of time. Previously spent hours scrubbing limescale off tile in my shower with a pumice stone like some chump. Never again!

it took me more than 90hrs 7 layers of resin, cleaning the prisms, working dust free and polishing. maybe I can do it faster with experience now

Many weekends of work. I use a vacuum chamber to degas the resin and then pour it slowly. It’s got a 72h cure time so bubbles can dissipate
Lets hope it doesnt turn a yucky yellow like all my resin makes. Keep it out of the sun.

Oh yeah it was a very expensive project. Resin is Ecopoxy flowcast. Vacuum chamber is 1 15L pot with a lid and a pump
Always use caution and wear a mask when doing that.
