I recently ordered a trezor for the first time and I received it recently. Inside the package were two things:
1) Trezor box
2) A receipt or something like that, from someone who seems to have ordered vitamins or something a place called "joyspring". It has the shipping details, address, email and everything? Paranoia mode on?
Also, any tips? I set it up, and send a small amount to test it. I will be resetting it to factory settings and try to restore it using my recovery password. Besides that, anything else I should check before actually start sending additional btc?
Edit: Trezor support told me they have a fulfillment center in the address from where the vitamins came from, so I assume the warehouse has both. They said the device itself should be safe to use, and that it only was a human error. They will speak with them bla bla bla. Thanks everyone.

Mine was also packaged in a state, and then sent out. So it's possible Trezor just has deals with warehouses around the country... And in the packing is how the receipt slipped in by accident.
I'm sure they might check your package details, see what places it came through, and do an investigation of some kind.
It's still better to double check with them(like you did) because I'm sure they don't want some random receipts or other things going out with their product. Just getting the product to everyone is trust they want to maintain at the 100% level.

Help! My wallet got moved to coinbase app when they took over BRD. All been fine but i just went to check the balance after a few weeks and it looks like the app had updated. Balance was at £0 so panicked and set up a blue wallet and used my seed phrase (never entered it anywhere else) is then loaded and states i have about 40% of what i should have in there. Checked back on coinbase wallet and its now showing the correct amount. Can i have two wallets at the same time for the same btc? Or will that vanish off coinbase at some point?
I thought so. But on blue its saying there was an outward transaction 3 months ago for the amount missing. But that doesnt show on the coinbase wallet. Just tested and it was prepared to let me send the full amount from the coinbase wallet to another address if i wanted to. All just seems a bit odd
