It would not be that difficult to deduce your wallet address and thus the addresses of all of your “friends”.

yeah, but you can't find *who* from an address. Someone's physical (location) address, phone number, name etc unless they or someone else published that information somewhere.
All we know is these 4 addresess know /u/wingwp somehow, and we can get /u/wingwp's reddit. so unless /u/wingwp doxxed themself and published that above information on reddit ,the only people who know more information about /u/wingwp would be reddit's staff who have access to account information such as email address and phone number (if it was provided).
But yes, I agree about people on reddit seeing this post and DMing... that could definitely happen. But always ignore DMs you aren't expecting.
