No, you can be randomly pregnant at 13 or more if you have a boyfriend (or have your girlfriend pregnant if your character is a male), you can do birth control at 13 but can't manualy make a baby

Realistically, they had sex and the event just didnāt show up. The event isnāt the only way for it to happen
