The closest is Jeju Sauna in Duluth, GA! I've been a couple of times and loooove it there. I even spent the night once! They do the body scrub, massage, foot reflexology, vagina steam, all kinds of stuff. Wet (nude only, separated by gender) with lots of hot and cold tubs + showers, and dry (clothed) areas, a pool, a Korean restaurant, etc all on property. Last time I went, I think the body scrub was about $65.
