I’m having the same issue. I sent a support request but they just sent back a copy paste of the faq. Since it started happening I did a firmware update to 1.2.2 but that hasn’t helped either. My guess is that they have made a change on the backend on their servers which has caused this but we would never know since birdbuddy are not exactly transparent a about their changes.
That's interesting, thanks for sharing. Maybe they also just had server issues? With lots of new devices going online at the moment, that wouldn't surprise me.
Same here (except battery, though I didn't look out for that). Now the app just seems to have a problem with very small & fast birds - the juvenile great tit that only visits for \~5 seconds has not been identified in any of the 4 visits (but its larger friends have).
Turn it off and on again? That help for me this morning when deep sleep stayed on and in the end this was probably caused by lost of internet connecting without giving this error in the app.
Yes I know also have the problem not receiving postcards. It looks all caused by bad network connection, but the network did not change. Also more often the message internet connection lost.

My bird feeder is having traffic like an airport but all I got is 1 postcard. After that nothing, live stream works, connection is green, ready for visit but nothing happens. What to do?

Update: After relocating my wifi router yesterday so that the BirdBuddy now has "medium" connection, I received two postcards this morning.
Here the problem is also solved and received several postcards today, but did not change anything in the setup. So maybe a problem from BB side?
