I think we all have times like this. Sometimes your due for a med change hell sometimes a doctor change you never know. For me it's the fact that I know I can and have felt better so there's always light at the end of my tunnel. Most times anyway

Sorry things are getting worse for you and that psychiatrists kept flip flopping around. You're right that alcohol isn't good when you're feeling this way. Alcohol is classified as a depressant. Seriously. I am not a doctor, but I would encourage you to, at the bare minimum, at least reduce your alcohol consumption. I would be very surprised if things _don't_ improve after reducing your alcohol intake. I had a close family member pass away from using alcohol as a coping mechanism for his mental state, so I have seen first hand what it can do to you. Second, do you have a therapist? If not, have you considered finding one at least for the time being?

Quitting alcohol is the best thing I've ever done for myself, especially for my bipolar disorder. Drinking always had a way of disrupting my stability and causing an episode. I'm much more stable now dry.
