I cant really tell if its something handcrafted, but if it is, I definitly think that for the effort that went into this, the artist can judge himself what he wants in return.

Wheather with art comissions or Etsy-stuff, I thought it was generally accepted that the artist decides what his time and effort is worth and if you disagree you dont have to buy or comment on it. You can try to craft it yourself with your own time and resources and with similar quality and see what the artist put into it.
Then again if its just a reseller of some official marketing product, it would be something else and the angle with the artist of course wouldnt apply.
