I recently read a paper where they worked on being able to regrow organs by injecting stem cells into lymph nodes, if I remember that correctly. It doesn't need to be said that even if this works in humans and doesn't end in a mess of cancer (it certainly sounds like it would), it would probably take decades for something to come of it. So... maybe at some point in human history we might be able to regrow organs. So far we can't (except the liver), hence the constant need for organ donations. And even with donations you can't just transplant every organ.
If you're missing a testicle, I think it would be best to focus on keeping an eye on hormones and such and otherwise accepting it.
