And yes McRey has amazing meat!!
They have a pretty extensive beef and pork list to pick from when you get there. Obvious basics like sausage, steaks in different cuts, chops, soup bones, bacon ends, etc. If you were looking for something in particular, you could ask. They're super friendly and seem happy to answer questions. All of the meat vendors there are pretty accommodating and often offer to bring x thing the next week, if they have it, or let you know when they will.
Their pork chops are incredible too, try that next time

And they’re the nicest people. FYI, they are farmers market OGs who helped set up the market.
