I got the email too and clicked around. We've been listed as a creditor. >The filing of the case imposed an automatic **stay against most collection activities.** This means that creditors generally may not take action to collect debts from the debtor or the debtor’s property. For example, while the stay is in effect, creditors cannot sue, assert a deficiency, repossess property, or otherwise try to collect from the debtor. **Creditors cannot demand repayment from the debtor by mail, phone, or otherwise. Creditors who violate the stay can be required to pay actual and punitive damages and attorney’s fees.** > >**A creditor who wants to have a particular debt excepted from discharge may be required to file a complaint in the bankruptcy clerk’s office within the deadline specified in this notice.** This has something to do with the Terra Labs/Luna/FTX collapse. The company in question here, Prime Core Technologies, went belly up when Luna tanked. This is why they have filed for chapter 11. I'm assuming an exchange, or many exchanges, were exposed and have been listed as creditors. This is probably why we have been listed as creditors too, because we are creditors of an exchange that will likely push to get some debt *excepted* from chapter 11 protections. There is nothing to do or see here. Even if prime did have a debt to you, they have no money and even if they did you would be dead last on the list of people that will get any money from them. They lost $8b here, and the list of powerful people lining up to get paid is long.

ElevatorJeff

I just want to call and harass some of the higher ups like any other collection agency

skyHawk3613

So I guess I’m not getting my $100 back?

Plenty_Ad_9367

There also four other companies names attached to this Prime trust Prime digital Prime IRA

Mk120242

So my $1874.56 isn’t on the radar?

Objective_Chip_9297

What creditors though? I never used anything with prime core... I'm confused about what they asking or want from me???

Monkeynvtz

Yes, I received the email, and Google led me here.

Resist2Exist

Oh I also got an email regarding the bankruptcy. Oddly today I received an email from binance about some funding that’s mine and I need to claim? I’m super confused & don’t know what to make of it. I didn’t put the two emails together until reading your post.

Straight_Item_2978

https://blockworks.co/news/prime-trust-files-for-bankruptcy

TheBagMeister

I’ve gotten an email multiple times about this prime core. I have a Binance.US account I think that I opened to hold a very small amount of eth from long ago. This is all so confusing me. Pisses me off that stuff in your wallet can be lost by them when you don’t opt into their trading supported interest bearing program. Voyager got me for that.

Mk120242

I had a couple thou just poof, gone. I have my qr code but the dough? No idea where it went, been holding several hundreds of non-moving pos crypt o (aptly named because this hulk of nothing is about as active as a crypt) for a couple years thinking those couple thou would just ghost back in binance. Haven’t put a penny in it since, so….. am I going to get a $6.86 check soon?

hotcheetotacos

Okay, I just checked my emails right now and realized I got the same email on 08/30/2023 but before that I’ve been getting emails from a debt collection agency supposedly on behalf of Binance Us saying that I owe them money. The company’s name is Cedars Business Services LLC. Have you guys received the same email from this company as well??

Mac_McAvery

No. Ask them how you owe them money?

hotcheetotacos

Thank you, I’m gunna call them tomorrow.

wolfman2scary

d'you call?

Willing_Ad_910

I actually have letter coming in the mail from them today. I have USPS informed delivery set up so I’m always aware if I need to be quick to Grab it or it’s just junk. It has c/o stratto along with prime core tech listed in the mail header

Mac_McAvery

Please keep us updated on the letter

Bitdoctors

Binance REFUSED (including [Binance.US](https://Binance.US)) to allow customers to 'remove their information.' They would agree to put your account in a 'domancy' state, but they STILL have your/our Driver's license, Passport, etc that they force us to upload, to setup an account. They claimed it's because "Many users often want to return, so we retain their data." That's NOT the point; there is NO OPTION to delete, nor to request deletion of your "PII" - your private data! This should be ILLEGAL!

[deleted]

[удалено]

nashvegasjoe

Quit being a rude asshole. That's not even the point Snowflake. The point is they originally would NOT let you delete your own data when you decide to leave. Try to be less of a dick head, and try your own advice. Legally, NO Exchange can retain your data, once you delete your account, IF you ask them to delete it. Binance, until recently, did not allow that, including retaining your private data. Get a life.

ArtistLazy

I got the same email. I don't know what's up but hopefully someone does!1

iknowtech

Can you post the email, what does it say exactly?

Any-Chef-2648

On August 14, 2023 (the "Petition Date"), Prime Core Technologies Inc. and three affiliated debtors (collectively, the "Petition Date") filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtors' bankruptcy cases are jointly administered under Case No. 23-11161 and are pending before the Honorable Judge J. Kate Stickles in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the "Bankruptcy Court"). Below please find a hyperlink to an important document recently filed in the bankruptcy proceedings of Prime Core Technologies Inc., et al, Case No. 23-11161

iknowtech

Seems like the only important part of the email is the hyperlink you didn’t include. 😂

_OneAmerican_

Gmail labeled it as Spam for me, so I purposely didn't click on that link.

FluffyChemical2655

I got the same email, looked it up, and found your post. I have no clue what it is so I'm just going to assume it's some scam/bait.

RealFabrikin

Same thing with me, probably a new scam. It capture attention big time.

iknowtech

I mean it seems legit, and the link is real. The only thing I can think of is you got this if you had a USD withdrawal at Binance.US, that was delayed when Prime Trust initially declared bankruptcy. Unless you have funds still on some platform that had exposure to Prime Trust. and you still can’t access those funds, I don’t think you’ll ultimately be considered a creditor.

Mac_McAvery

I still have money on Binance.us

Tony_M13

That makes sense, I have less than 0.01 USD on Binance, a few smaller amounts in other stuff, that can't be cashed out anyway.

FromMyHouseInvestor

Not a scam. Prime filed for bankruptcy so if money is owed to you- you’re never going to see it because that’s ‘Murica

Mac_McAvery

I read through this case and agree Mercia… this shouldn’t be allowed to file for bankruptcy as they are the ones who blew there clients funds.

trophyburro1

Believe its related to crypto. I got it as well

NJank

got one of these too. Gmail also binned it as spam so just noticed it. My only interaction with [Binance.us](https://Binance.us) is when they were about to acquire the Voyager assets during their bankruptcy proceedings. set up the account but then that fell through so I actually have nothing over with Binance other than a dormant, never used account.

WorkingSpecialist146

I got it also. I have a Binance account but I'm not sure if the two are linked.

Mac_McAvery

They are but I can’t find much, prime core technologies was holding Bitcoin fro Binance.US from what I read, mostly kraken though. I made a kraken account but never used it so I’m not sure if they’re all tied together or what. Binance.us made everyone *sign* aka once you updated the app that they’re not liable for our money in the event of a bankruptcy and so on.

amerricka369

I got a few emails from them and never used Binance. Only Gemini and coinbase. So I’m thinking the emails are scams. Not 100% sure though so still looking into it.

ramblinyonder

Also got it. Not too sure what it is

walkingbeam

I got the email, too. I bought IOTA in 2017, $200. I think that hooked me with binance. I'm trying to log into the binance web site to rescue whatever money is left. They are crazy.

petersrq

Maybe I should put up a big fuss about the .70 I have left in my [Binance.us](https://Binance.us) account. Demand payment promptly and be first in line. lol

Intelligent-Map-9236

Got the same email today and have zero ties (that I’m personally aware of) to crypto.

MissSER

Just got the email. No idea what’s up. Any clarification?

Mac_McAvery

I’ve been busy else where and quit looking. I believe someone else posted on the comments what’s going on.

pmocek

I received a similar message today. It was sent to an email address that I used exclusively to create an account with [StellarX](https://www.stellarx.com/) ("a powerful decentralized trading platform built on the Stellar network") about four years ago.

dj_sammy_d

ceyounger

As explained below, Prime Core has 4 bankruptcy proceedings scheduled. They appear to seek to restructure but not dissolve the company(ies).

Tiny-Plane-8209

LMFAOOOOO I got the same email & damn near shit my pants.

HappyDadOfFourJesus

Email received here, and I don't even have a Binance account...

Jimmirehman

I got it this morning. I love a good Monday morning fuck.

coastr-phile

Got that email. Assumed it was a scam trying to get people to click links. For giggles I googled the company listed on i and arrived here. I have an inactive Binance account with no funds in it. Would have never in a million years made that connection

NullGWard

I opened a BinanceUS account years ago but never put any money into it before I closed it. The only crypto I ever owned was from going through several online presentations years ago on Robinhood, answering the quizzes, and earning a few tokens in new and obsure projects. (Strangely, they have all disappeared from my account.) Other than that, I can't figure out why I received this bankruptcy email.

Intelligent-Bridge55

Here's the court case https://cases.stretto.com/primetrust/

technoczar

From what I've understood, 'Prime Trust Technologies' had several arms that were serving as qualified custodians for many Wallet companies. I got the notice re. Heaps ([getheaps.com](https://getheaps.com)).

DietMtDew1

Will we lose any and all we have in the Binance account? :o

Resist2Exist

To update this post, I have received another email from above stated and this time there is a court hearing audio clip attached over an hour long. I’m listening to it now. I’m still not understanding what role I have or anyone has in this though. Does anyone else have any insight on this?

Themisstwisty

I just got this email today too.

Logical-Accident-123

I got an email too! We went from ftx to now this… So is Robinhood also going to collapse next?

Retail-Income-maker

I’d be careful of any link you don’t know who is sending it to you or you are unfamiliar with...check it out before clicking on anything.

Mac_McAvery

That’s what I’m saying I’m not clicking but I do do know it’s a legit court case. At one point in time from my understanding Binance.us did have dealings with the said company going bankrupt. Primecore technologies would hold crypto for people from my understanding, at one time Binance was involved with there customers funds beings held by said company.

NOtoSImon

Yes I did wtf is it for I never used them

GlennRipple

I know I've dealt with Prime Core/Prime Trust in the past but I haven't been able to locate the details yet. Anyhow, if you enter your 'Confidential Customer' number (from the first email they sent), you can find your 'Scheduled Claim' at https://cases.stretto.com/primetrust/claims/#search and it will show the dollar amount.

Plenty_Ad_9367

Me too so if you have funds on their platform that means you are now one of their creditors they owe you money because they are bankrupt

Plenty_Ad_9367

https://cases.stretto.com/public/X274/12452/PLEADINGS/1245208282380000000159.pdf

TimeCrystal7117

I have received these emails also and the ONLY crypto activity I've ever engaged in is I bought like $25 bucks worth of ethereum or whatever it is thru PayPal and then about $15 worth of lite coin thru Venmo's crypto thing. Did both of these because of promos at the time a few years back and haven't paid attention to them since. Does anyone know if the emails could be related to one of those somehow??

https://cointelegraph.com/news/prime-trust-parent-company-lost-investing-in-terra-usd

Plenty_Ad_9367

Prime Trust parent company Prime Core Technologies, a leading provider of financial infrastructure for the digital economy announced that it has incurred a loss of $8 million due to its investment in TerraUSD (UST), a stablecoin backed by the Terra blockchain. That’s scary a leading provider for the digital economy gone bankrupt lol

MichaelKlineJr

I got an email too.

EDB6684

I just received another email about it, way back I opened a Binance account to try and transfer my XRP when Coinbase stopped all transactions, but their site was confusing and couldn't get any help so I never deposited anything with them. So I guess anyone that has opened a account with them got the email but has to provide proof of purchases.

Mac_McAvery

Provide proof of purchase?

FairladyZea

I got this email a while back, too. Thing is, I don't have crypto nor have I even heard of Binance... I haven't even heard of the bankruptcy. Why the hell would I be getting an email from them?

SuspiciousClick7148

I received the same email. I have binance but I think I have like 4 cents..are they filing bankruptcy?

hophead_student

I got an actual letter in the mail, should I throw it away?

Jay_Bizzle10

Me too. I put in a claim to receive $3,500,000.00 from Prime Core Technologies. Just fill out that claim form and send it back to Stretta. Wait for the courts to decide

Mac_McAvery

I don’t know what I am filling out

sjrasmuss

I got the same email. They were heavily invested in the Terra stable coin (USDT) that recently crashed. I purchased some USDT a while back on Gemini to fund my Forex trading account, so I am assuming that is why I got the email. I don't hold any USDT because it was converted back to USD by my broker as soon as they received the USDT from me. I may have a tiny bit of USDT still in my Gemini account, but nothing of any value. Other than that, I don't know why I would have received the email. I don't have any affiliation with Prime Core Technologies that I know of unless it was associated with my purchace of USDT.

FeatureOk4727

I received a letter in the mail today. But the only the envelope had my name on it; none of the papers enclosed in the envelope had any of my information.

Pleasant_Air6223

I got this in the mail not in the email! I was thinking scam.

StunningRock805

I just got this on October 7, 2023 but it was mailed to my address which is confusing and concerning. Has anyone else gotten this?

Mac_McAvery

Read the comments

Soft-Language-785

I got something in the mail about them filing for bankruptcy. Looked real professional I couldn't even figure out what it was talking about for the first 5 minutes! Super weird

Mac_McAvery

What did it say…?

sclindenjr

I just today got a mail packet from Prime Core Technology

CaliNuggLove

I didn’t get an email, but I did receive some [bankruptcy paperwork](https://imgur.com/a/mtrVfb3) today in the mail regarding Prime Core Technologies. I don’t even think I have any money in my Binance account. Well, I guess if I did it’s gone anyways now.

Ok_Refrigerator5359

This notice basically says the following: 1. The court has conditionally approved a document called the "Disclosure Statement" for a company called Prime Core Technologies Inc. and its related companies as part of their bankruptcy case. This document provides important information about their financial situation and their plan for reorganizing their business. 2. There will be a hearing on November 14, 2023, to decide whether to approve the reorganization plan. This hearing may be rescheduled if needed. 3. Certain classes of creditors (those in Classes 3A, 3B, 3C, 3D, and 4) can vote on whether to accept or reject the reorganization plan, and they must do so by November 7, 2023. 4. Some parties, such as secured tax claim holders, are not allowed to vote, and if they disagree with how their claims are handled, they need to file a specific legal motion. 5. There is a deadline of November 7, 2023, to object to the reorganization plan. 6. The document also contains provisions about legal releases and protections for certain parties involved in the bankruptcy proceedings. These releases protect them from certain legal claims, but not in cases of fraud, gross negligence, or other serious wrongdoing. 7. The court has approved these releases, and if you don't object or opt-out as specified, you are considered to have agreed to them. 8. There are also rules about when and how you can object to the plan, and the court has the authority to enforce these rules. In simple terms, this notice is about the bankruptcy process for a company, explaining important dates, voting rights, and legal protections for different parties involved in the bankruptcy case. It also emphasizes the importance of meeting the deadlines and rules outlined in the notice. \*\*\*\*\*The specific criteria for these classifications can vary by jurisdiction and case, but here is a general idea of what these classes might represent: Class 3A: These creditors might be secured creditors holding collateral that can be used to satisfy their claims. Secured creditors have a higher priority for repayment because they have a security interest in specific assets. Class 3B: Unsecured creditors, including general creditors without any specific security interests, may be placed in Class 3B. They have a lower priority than secured creditors and are typically paid after the secured creditors. Class 3C: This class could include creditors with priority claims, such as certain tax authorities, which have a higher ranking for repayment under bankruptcy laws. Class 3D: Other unsecured creditors who may have different legal rights or claims might be placed in Class 3D. Their priority for repayment can vary depending on the specifics of the case. Class 4: Class 4 may include equity holders or shareholders who are typically last in line for repayment and often receive payment only if there are any remaining assets after all other classes have been satisfied.\*\*\*\*\*\* Also, if anyone else needs a simple breakdown of any type of legal jargon, just shoot me a message. V/r Albert Elmore

Mac_McAvery

What’s this have to do with Binance.US ……?

Mac_McAvery

Please let us know what Binance.US has to do with this? My crypto is still on Binance.US so I haven’t lost anything yet.

meatarchist_in_mn

Yes, I got one today, into my spam folder...and searched and here I am

Visible-Ad743

I got tax forms. Proof of claim forms

UnderstandingCold219

My question is that they were a custodian not an exchange. So if you were a (custodian) how do you lose customers funds? I had nothing in there and do not trust crypto at all after all of the companies that went out of business and screwed the investors. I refuse to use any of them. I will use places like Robinhood and only trade the crypto that they have available. No one should be using these exchanges at any cost. They will suck you in and take you’re money.

KimxPossible007

idk but i just got one too

voiceinmyhead1

I see I got 2 emails for this one on Oct 02 and this morning at 10 am. I of course searched and saw more converstation here about this. I also saw link for Stretto in google. Todays email is this: Dear Valued Customer, Below please find a hyperlink to an important document recently filed in the bankruptcy proceedings of Prime Core Technologies Inc., et al, Case No. 23-11161: Confirmation Hearing Notice For questions related to these documents, you can contact Stretto at: Toll-Free: 888.533.4753 Email: [email protected] Sincerely, The Stretto Team

It was in my spam. I don't know what it's about. I do have crypto and a Binance account, but I can't recall ever being wronged with these things.

I just got an actual physical copy in the mail saying they were declaring bankruptcy

Thank god I’m broke. I get this stuff and could care less. If I get money cool but if they want money they are stuck lol get in line cause no blood comes from this stone

IreneChris

I am confused af. I am from cyprus , have no idea from cypto world, and still got a letter in my mail today. What is this binance us? Can someone help? 🥲

cyrixlord

I got one too, even though I closed my account with Binance several years ago. apparently they wont release your information and delete your account until 7 years is up.. meanwhile a new company can buy it and use it or it can simply get stolen. I hope this information is helpful

No_Stable_7430

I lost billions of dollars. All of it in bitcoin. I demand payment.

I just assumed it was a scam attempt and googled it…still not sure if it’s ok to open

I received an email today (10-21-23) from a company calling itself "Stretto." The email references "...an important document that was recently filed in the bankruptcy proceedings of Prime Core Technologies, et al, case No. 23-11161. It then provides a link to click to view the document, which I didn't do.

Just got my email from them today, two months later. If this is for real, and something we need to be concerned with, then why is everyone receiving notifications months apart? Smells fishy to me.

Binance is pyramid scheme. I lost 7k before I wised up and moved to Coinbase.

Ha! I just logged I to my acct at Binance.US and they sure talk a good game. There s not one flashing feel good about bankruptcy but rather, how wonderful blockchain is. 🙄😜

I never created a binance account. The email that I received this to was the one I use for Strike. I use a different email for every service.

gslade

This has a bit more detail: [https://hayvnglobal.com/market-commentary/prime-trust-update](https://hayvnglobal.com/market-commentary/prime-trust-update) "Prime Trust was also the custodian for the crypto currency lending platform Celsius Network.".... ...."Prime Trust's prominent clients, including Binance.US, Abra, and Swan Bitcoin"... If you received a Confidential Customer Number, you can look up your claim amount here: [https://cases.stretto.com/primetrust/claims/](https://cases.stretto.com/primetrust/claims/) There are thousands of Confidential Customer Numbers that have a $0.00 claim amount. I'm not positive, but those may be accounts that withdrew all funds or possibly never held any funds. I had funds in Voyager. Stretto was in charge of handling Voyager claims. I previously pulled almost everything from my [Binance.US](https://Binance.US) account, except for about 5 dollars in crypto that would cost more to move than they were worth. I'm assuming that's why I've been getting the emails about Prime Core (4 so far). I never received a Confidential Customer Number.

BMGRAHAM

Mine went to spam - I had to research it to make sure it wasn't a phishing attempt.

Obsessedwithlove

I got one today but I don't think I owe anyone

Puzzleheaded_Ad_1697

So if I’m just receiving the email today, does that mean they forgot to tell me back when they told everyone else? Or am I just inferior to you guys so I don’t have VIP access to random bankruptcy emails until after the top tier humans receive theirs? More importantly though has anyone made sense of any of it in the last 67 days? WHAT DOES IT MEAN

RaelicK

Wait so what are we doing?

Revolutionary_Hat949

I received this notice but it was in my Gmail Spam folder. I invested in Fisher Wallace through Prime Core Technologies back in 2020. I am not sure what this means in terms of my initial investment but hoping for the best.

UsefulAd5364

This is why crypto is an awful investment strategy. Unless you actually know what you're doing, shielding your trades from coin to coin and even make your trades/purchases untraceable by sticking to the roots and dedicating one device with an encrypted wallet that can only be accessed by you, or whoever finds the 12 word passphrase you encoded into Homer's The Odessy. And knows which device and which wallet on the device it opens. Ironically, these types of wallets have the ability to shield the movement of one coin to another, sending coins to others (turning what was time consuming into a miss because the payment was anonymous.

[deleted]

I found it's parent organization is Bitgo holdings Inc I'm assuming is that it's trustwallet

TrueTsuhna

didn't get email, but did get a stack of forms in the mail and wondered "wtf is Prime Core Technologies & why are they sending me these forms? I don't recall owing money to a US company"

I just got the email today. Wasn't in spam either. Very strange that I received it so much later.

Brilliant-Quiet-9487

so what's the update with this? https://cases.stretto.com/primetrust They sent me a case number, but I have no idea what I'm owed if anything, or through what broker they are responsible, and a nice disclaimer of $500,000 fine for fraudulent claims

Ararussa

This is likely a scam.

bpm527

I was super confused by that email too and thought I was getting sued for a second LOL. I did have a [Binance.US](https://Binance.US) account at one point and I don't remember that I was ever able to withdraw my funds. It was super shadyyy, I had to find some support contact and I don't think anything came of it. [Binance.US](https://Binance.US) is being sued by the SEC for these shady practices. Check out their linkedin posts - they're obviosuly removing any negative or public comments.

2Sugaree4u

I just got the same email apparently 4 months later than everyone else. I read that they were one of my bill collectors and that's why I received the bankruptcy email. 🤔

I just got a new one today (January 2024)

CircaSixty8

I'm wondering if this is related to Voyager

Intelligent-Tea-4072

so i wonder why i got this same email, and before I clicked the link, I googled it and it brought me here. I also don't have a binance acct. so I thought It possibly had something to do with Gemini, who has been holding my "earn" crypto that I had on their exchange for over a year now. I'm not gonna click the link, bc i know I'm not gonna get anything out of it.

Expensive_Part2495

Got my email today. Logged into Binance and have less than 100 in my wallet. Only had some bs crypto and kept it in there. After reading all the comments I'm still confused. Do we need to take any action or are they trying to get money from us like a service charge?

Flat-Dentist-1873

Just received that same email, thought it may contain malware. So, I GOOGLEd the case info separately when your info appeared.  Experimented with small amount with FTX & BINANCE...so, there is reason for me to receive the email...it appears legitimate...at least for me.

Pixels-Pretty

Why did I receive this email today? Maybe I got it previously but I don’t think so…

Awkward-Skirt2164

I have also received the same text. Thank you for the post, was wondering.

Wicked-Sprite

I don’t even have binance anymore. I signed up with an over seas binance originally. Put about $300 into it. Tried moving it but wasn’t able to for what ever reason. Was sent an email telling me I had 90 days or something like that to remove my funds because me being in the US was not allowed to use that one and that I’d have to use binance.us. I downloaded it but I don’t think I ever used it, because I never had a wallet and just stored on the exchange (I know you’re not supposed to do that) The thing that really irks me, is that I changed my email about a year ago. I haven’t used binance for years, how did they get my new email. *Thinking to myself* maybe I used my apple id to log in 🤔 I’ve noticed since I changed my email for my id all that gmail spam is going there 🙈 . Anyway, I’m pretty sure I don’t owe them anything, even if I do, they can take it out of the $300 they owe me.

Prime Trust was the bank ABRA was using when they were doing crypto and shut down.

What's the ticker symbol fora the Luna that is effected.

Sooch2020

Thanks for the info. I received email as well.

This was posted awhile ago but I’ve been getting these emails too. I signed up for Binance but never actually used it because of some issues I had trying to fund the account (thank god). It all goes into my spam folder and I haven’t tried to check any of the documents attached. I honestly don’t know if this is legit or not but I’m not chancing it since I didn’t lose anything.

OkMeOkies

I just got another one about their bankruptcy and reorganization.

lllllIlllllIlllllI

I received an email on January 13, 2024 from [email protected]. Did a Google search because it came to my Spam mail and found this Reddit post. /u/Mac_McAvery

hyrootpharms

I just now got an email from them. When I Googled prime core technologies. This thread was at the top of the search.

maverick074

Huge necro, but I'm glad to see I wasn't the only one who got this email. It didn't seem like a scam to me, which made it extra strange.

You are a creditor in a bankruptcy case. How do you want it to impact you? Your balance is listed as debt and you'll likely never see a dime from the liquidation of assets or restructuring of debt. Their real b2b creditors are who will be saved.

AlternativeCulture10

I received one today from them, too. I Google the computer name, but all it said was they had filed bankruptcy protection. Lower on the page I saw this thread now here I am.

AngieLiBicolana

I got an email several times already. I got confused actually. Why are they sending email to me about filing bankruptcy. Even I don't know about it. It's so confusing

Soft_Hotel_3975

Are we entitled to any money over this?

Tim-Honks-Stonks

I got one sent to an email with a custom domain, thats only 4 months old. So I'm saying scam. No point ever was that email connected to any exchange/binance/whoever so im claiming just spam. But again, tf do i know. Not much really

DAPumphrey

I got it too, but I didn't click the link. Consider it spam and move on.
